Customer service is terrible here. I called to get information on specific products and a guy named Eden was super rude over the phone and gave me an attitude even though I was just asking questions not returning the energy. He was acting like he didn’t want to be on the phone, I had more questions and then he said “Okay, bye” and went silent, just to get out of it. UPDATE: They’re straight up just lying in their response. I think it was even removed. So instead of taking accountability for what you did you lie and gaslight?

Such a fun and cute shop. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and they have a wide variety of inventory at a fair price. So glad to have this new local spot!

Card Coop is hands down one of the best local card shop. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the hobby. Whether you’re looking for Pokémon, one piece or other collectibles, they have an awesome selection and fair prices. They also have days where you can come in and learn how to play the tcg of your choice and they hold tournaments. I’ve been a regular customer here for the past two-three months and was even in talks to do streaming work for the store. Today I came in to sell some sealed product - something I’ve done multiple times at the standard 80% market value rate. Without warning, I was offered 72% instead. When I calmly asked why, the owner became aggressive rather than explaining the situation. I chose to take my business elsewhere, which is my right as a customer. I was then banned from the store via text message. I have no issue with a store adjusting their buy rates — that’s business. My issue is being treated aggressively for simply asking a question, and then being banned for walking away politely. The employees here have always been great, which is why this experience was so jarring. I’d recommend others be aware that buy rates and treatment may vary depending on the owner’s mood that day.

Dylan and his crew are awesome! They are all friendly and very helpful. They have a huge selection of Pokémon singles and sealed product. They also have graded slabs and some Disney Lorcana, One Piece, and Magic the Gathering that is growing every time I come in. If you have a deck that needs cards or trying to find the missing piece to your collection, come check them out and even go to their website and see if they have it in stock. They have competitive prices that they get from TCGPlayer and are even trying to host Magic the Gathering events! Please give them a chance!
