Great place to get in some warhammer out in owasso. Also has a thriving card game community!

Went here for the first time today and I was quite impressed with the ease of shopping. They have anime figures, warhammer40k, magic the gathering, lorcana, Star Wars, yugioh and more. I picked up some -x/-x dice counters, card sleeves, a playmat and a Sewaddle plushie! Sewaddle plushie! I am beyond happy. The staff were attentive and friendly. Their gaming space is large. Yes, they do host commander games twice a week. If I am ever back in the area, I will give them more business and they deserve yours, too.

I really have given this establishment a shot. I’ve sold them a few things, bought a few things, a couple times from one specific worker wearing a hat. I was met with rudeness and even told he wouldn’t work on buying my cards because he didn’t want to do the amount of cards I brought in and only did once I trimmed down the amount. Even then, I continued to come here and participate in games. After this same employee who always wears a hat has decided to out of nowhere be rude to people, I know that is the final straw. I would rather give my money to the local Vintage Stock or GameStop instead in Owasso, at least the staff is friendly at those locations. Please stop supporting rude customer service.

Today I went to the shop to get some sealed TCG product. Been here several times. Got the new mega evolutions ETB and 6 pk booster box for like 108 plus a card for 13. Got hosed on the pricing. Bored wipe always has an excellent selection of TCG for okay prices. it beats waiting to find the product in walmart (hate fighting scalpers) But today, I experienced the worst customer service from this place since i started going here. She was flat out rude. Intentionally rolled her eyes at me when I asked to make a second purchase as I just decided at the last minute like there was this long line of people behind me (there wasn't.) She had a very "i dont want to be here right now and these customers annoy me to death" look. She barely spoke. Stared at me awkwardly till I made a choice. When she did speak, she was snappy and condescending with her words. It was clear she was upset and did not want me there buying your product. And I've always encountered poor customer service here (every person I've encountered behind the counter here looks like they absolutely hate showing up for work) (normally its tolerable) but today was a bad experience. I typically overlook it and the overpricing because you all actually have product selection and typically I spend 100 to 150 every time I come into the store. But i think today was my last purchase at this store. I wont be back. Very unprofessional business. I'll take my money to the card vault or your nearest competitor from there. At least there they act like they want me in their store buying their product. Stay away from this store. Not worth it. One star cause half a star didn't exist but truthfully this is a half star review.

The perfect place for card, tabletop, board, and role play gaming. The selection is great and the staff are always helpful. They often host games and have plenty of table space. Offer drinks and snacks too. I use it and a support it for the local small business the way it is supposed to be done. I also play Warhammer here.
