I normally would give them 5 stars but last time I was there after the release of Magic's set Secrets of Strixhaven I was looking at the precon commander decks and they were for the most part priced within $50-$60. 4 out of the 5 were $60 bucks while the Silverquil one was marked at $80. I was shocked when I saw that price. I looked it up on my phone and both TCGPlayer and Amazon had it for $52. The employee told me they base the prices off the market price using TCGPlayer, but clearly that wasn't the case. They said they would let the store manager know to check the prices again, so hopefully they updated their prices. I would have been willing to pay $60, but $80. No way I'm paying that when I can order it for almost $30 cheaper. I love Boardgame Barrister and will definitely be going back. Hopefully they fixed this pricing issue.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Courtney was the one who helped me and was awesome as she guided me through the modern day options of Magic The Gathering cards, which I'm picking up again after many years out of the loop. Upon entering the store I basically made a beeline for the counter where the cards were held, so I didn't do much looking around, but the store was immaculate from what I could see.

My wife and I went to this shop for valentines night and spoke with Ian after looking around. He did a great job of welcoming us to play the actual game with him (they have certain games out for demo). He helped us pick up Bomb Busters and we have been having a blast ever since! Thank you for showing us the best game ever and giving us hours of screen free quality time!! 10 out of 10 stars

Jess greeted me almost as soon as I walked in, she quickly directed me to the games I was looking for, explained the D&D starter kit including that parts from it were used last Sunday during my grandson's introduction class with Nick. She was super helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my short but efficient visit!!
