Best Buy - Salem

Stopped at the Salem NH Best Buy location for look at televisions. Had done a bit of homework ahead of time since its been a longtime since last TV purchase. Browsed in privacy as long as I wanted, but as soon as I looked for assistance Andrew was right there with lots of info, answers to my questions. My selected model was not in stock but he shared suggestions in same size and price range. He was not hard or upset which is appreciated. Let me browse on my own again and was available again when I was ready! Awesome! I will return to Best Buy and this location for other needs for sure. Kudos to Andrew!

Great experience! I wish i could remember the salesperson's name, but I can't. Anyway, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the products I needed help buying. He was able to answer my questions and make sure I had the correct Ipad and accessories that I needed. They also had the best price out of all of the local options in my area.

Every time I visit, the employees are welcoming without being overbearing. They don't just point you toward an aisle; they actually take the time to answer technical questions and help you compare options to make sure you're getting the right product for your needs. ​The checkout process is always efficient, and their online order pickup service at this location is incredibly fast and hassle-free. Plus, having plenty of parking right out front makes it a quick and convenient stop. If you need new tech, appliances, or accessories in the southern New Hampshire area, I highly recommend stopping by this specific store!

Absolutely awesome awesome awesome buying experience from Chris the Store manager, Tyler the Samsung rep, Angela another Manager, Rachel during our checkout and Jeff and Jason in the warehouse! Everyone went out of their way to help us find the perfect TV for our basement. They taught us about what to look for and what would be best viewing in the limited space we had down in our basement. Best Buy is absolutely so lucky to have the awesome team they have working for them in their Salem NH store!!! Thank you again for a GREAT buying experience!!!

February was the first time I ever shopped at Best Buy. My first purchase was a Toshiba tv. Then I bought a Maytag washer and dryer in March. Yordan was the perfect salesman - very attentive and knowledgeable. He told me about the dryer sale, and I’m so glad I bought it with the washing machine! Jesus was super helpful helping me with the Best Buy Visa application (which I got). Rachel was was also super helpful with me buying the dryer vent, etc. She was so very personable as were Yordan and Jesus. Love that!
