Best Buy - Riverdale

No reason to shop in store any longer if they do not support your purchase after just 15 days. You get to listen to a person who does not even live in this country tell you over the phone to just call the manufacturer. Good riddance Best Buy. If that's how it's gonna be I'll just use Amazon.

I don't often go to best buy but both times have been very helpful. The first time recently I had lost a charger for a portable tv and they hooked me up with a universal charger that worked fantastic. Second time was looking for printer filament and they had a good price for that.

I'll set the scene: it's Wednesday night and I'm off a couple of hours earlier than usual and there's still about an hours worth of light left for the day. I want to watch a movie I haven't seen before with my new 4k tv, so I head to Best Buy because you know they should have a pretty good selection... so long as they aren't closed yet. I walk to the door to see the hours and phew, there is still a full hour before they close. But wait, someone is locking the doors... They see me and it leads to this exchange: "What are you here for?" 'To get a 4k dvd.' "4k? No we don't have that." 'Yall dont have 4k bluray dvds? It's the top dvd choice for the past decade.' "4k? Well are you looking for a player?" 'No, just a 4k dvd, I'm pretty sure yall have that, but if you are closing early Ill just go elsewhere.' Target is in the same parking area, and while not having the exact 4k dvd I wanted, they had many choices and I settled for 3 other titles I did want. I dont know if their selection is more or less than what BB has, as I wasn't allowed in to see their selection, but they were open and willing to take my money for products. It'll be a minute before I give BB another shot; plenty of retailers online and in person are willing to accommodate me.

Was disappointed with Customer Support was given the run around for finding a pervious purchase. Luckily someone who was better trained helped me and finally given good information. Even best buy customer service phone lines couldn't help name. We've always been getting our TV there and never have had this issue. Even got scammed by a third party and geek squad didn't ever try and contact me.

I had a wonderful time at Best Buy, if anyone goes, I highly recommend requesting the employee Quinn. She was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. For example, on May 23, the Intel representative straight up lied to me about a laptop, but luckily Quinn came over and fully understood the situation and helped me navigate the complexity of NPU devices. Additionally, when I needed a Wi-Fi adapter for my laptop, I was overwhelmed by the options. Quinn skillfully explained the different adapters and made sure they were compatible with my device. Lastly, when she checked me out, the process was smooth and I was so impressed I bought a membership. In addition, I was interested in potentially financing a new GPU, and she explained how a best buy credit card would assist in this matter. I was approved but upon second thought I realized I should think about such an expensive purchase. In the past, previous employees would scoff at a last minute cancellation, but Quinn understood and provided excellent customer service. I know this is a long review, but upon reflection I believe I owe it to the community to adequately express my feelings.
