Best Buy - Attleboro

Went there today 8.9.26, I'll be honest not happy with their service at all, we were looking for a new Iphone to purchase, waited a while before someone came over and said will send someone shortly, only for that person to help someone else who just came in 15 minutes after us, instead of asking who was here first, and then we ask about if we could do a new phone set transfer data and sim card, they responded sure we can help with that, the person they assigned us maybe wasnt fully aware of our request, proceeded to ring us out, and we mentioned what about the set up for new phone, sorry sir we don't do that here, well they just help me do that at another bestbuy on Thursday, and they did it without issue, still have a long way to go Attleboro location! Your customer service is not good, one of if not the worst purchase experiences lately, I don't recommend this Besybuy store.

Ordered a open box laptop online. Laptop was 100% fine but accidentally it did not come w any cord or charger. Calling in for support they gave me two options I didn't really love to resolve things. I just wanted the apple cords. But they wouldn't just send them to me. On a whim I stopped into this store and asked for a manager. I explained things and in 10 mins he came back to me w the brand new cords. No BS just real customer service. The manager wasn't old but he still understood how to treat a decent customer. He could have just said sorry and sent me in my way. Thank you!

Always a pleasant experience at BB. From being greeted at the door to the floor sales team and check out! I was just in to drop off an item for recycling, which is such a great service that they offer!

I walked into the Attleboro store without a clue about computers,but i knew what I wanted.i was greeted by Taylor,I told him my situation and like he'd known me forever,guided me through buying a surface pro and excellent printer for new business needs without selling me anything I didnt need. That's service to me.Jesse as well,another top,super knowledgeable manager over there,if you need anything electronic for your dwelling,the Attleboro store and those two gentleman have the greatest staff ive had the pleasure of meeting.Also,the Geek squad is second to none over there,in and out quick,they know their stuff. Had a great experience at Best Buy Jeremiah P at the home theater section helped me with finding a the samsung freestyle projector. He was polite and knowledgeable about the products as well.
