It's an excellent store that harbors a healthy community, the employees are quite patient and have helped me multiple times with various issues. I heavily recommend coming here for your MtG, Warhammer 40k, Pokèmon, or Yugioh needs. :)

My boyfriend constantly shops at this shop. He has never had a bad experience. We actually moves closer so he could go there more often (he has horrible anxiety and this is one of his comfort spots). I'm not into the card things like him but I do absolutely love that it's family friendly. We have a 1 year old daughter and she goes with him all the time. Never once has anyone said anything. My boyfriend also built a MTG deck for my little brother and it cost only about 10 dollars. Everyone is so friendly and was willing to help my brother learn. I could keep going on and on but that would take forever. The point is it's an amazing shop with absolutely amazing people. 10 out of 5. Keep up the great work, guys.

Bald guy with his nails painted gets overstimulated too fast he was doing a small deal with costumer and I asked the price of card and he got all pissy . Horrible attitude. Won’t be coming back here to sell .

I visit this wonderful place every Friday and Saturday to play Dungeons & Dragons. The staff is incredibly generous, allowing us to use a dedicated room at no cost. It's become a cherished routine, where we gather to play, and enjoy each other's company in a welcoming atmosphere. I'm truly grateful for their kindness. which enhances our experience immensely.

So basin gave me did not have to do this they did not have to do this but they did it out of the kindness of their hearts anywhere online a PS2 gaming pad is like 80 bucks used they sold it for 20 originally the game is five you can't use one without the other right they've been constantly helping me get accessories for my PS2 that I recently bought . Chris has been amazing help me sing there's also this British dude made me English dude he showed me the second back way into the shop every time I've showed up there I've never had a problem with them never had a problem I constantly go here because I'd prefer this place over anywhere else GameStop would be my next stop but basin is usually my first stop I love basin
