They are no longer selling single pokemon cards. The packs behind the counter are inflated prices. I've watched the 151 UPC box they have go from $350 when I first visited the shop (when Prismatic Evolutions dropped), to $1100 during my last visit. They see Pokemon as a cash cow to flip. Without singles, I have no reason to visit the shop anymore, especially if prices aren't anywhere near MSRP. These scalpers create false scarcity, and act like they're a nessassary evil. Frankly I wish you would stop ruining a card game (for 6+) and leave the hobby I love alone; but the rich aren't rich enough I assume!

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were rude and impatient, especially toward kids who were just excited to look at cards. Instead of treating customers with respect, they acted like we were bothering them. They would toss or drop cards on the counter instead of handing them over, making it feel like they didn't care about their customers or the collectibles. A card shop should be a welcoming place for new and experienced collectors alike, but this was the complete opposite. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone looking for friendly customer service.

Great atmosphere and great employees. Everyone was friendly and gave great recommendations on the different sets of cards I wanted to buy. Will shop there again.

The absolute most amazing card shop ever! Everyone is so sweet and knowledgeable and they have such an amazing card selection. If you ever want to start getting into cards this is the place to go!!!

Great hospitality! This shop takes care of its customers really well. Very familiar with their product. Not any of that "ignoring you, then rushing you to the sale and out the door" stuff. You can hang out and talk cards and they're happy to do it.
