Customer Service is non existent. Their "buyer" they have has zero knowledge on the value of cards, and has to scream at the top of his lungs when he feels uncomfortable due to a mistake made on their behalf, I was so shocked I was spoken to in such a way I couldn't even continue with my shopping/purchase. This hobby is about camaraderie, and he just shut me down after asking a simple question. I wasn't upset at all speaking to him and he came at me like he was in some kind of confrontation or something. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I'll definitely be calling management to make sure they know who they have working for them.

We stopped by this weekend on our visit to Denver, and it was an excellent experience! We were there for TCG, and there was a really solid variety of medium to higher end cards in their cases. But what stood out to me was their well organized system of boxes of bulk, sorted by set. My partner, who is working on a full set of Journey Together was able to find so many holos, reverse holos, and common singles that he's been struggling to find in packs. I know many stores don't carry bulk because it doesn't generate as much income as the EX's and full arts, so to see a store not only carry the bulk but also take the time to sort it to help those who want to find lower value cards from specific sets, was a real treat. In addition, the shop was spacious, clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a completely positive experience; I wish we'd had more time to stay and we will definitely be back again next time we visit Denver!

Not originally from Denver, but I brought in a selection of pretty valuable sports RCs, autos, 1/1 and a 1/5 of various sports, but mostly of past and present Detroit sports players. I had a PSA 9 Tarik Skubal auto with me, the reigning Cy Young winner. Calvin Johnson rookie cards. A stack of Aiden Hutchinson RCs/variants and auto as well. A 1978 Eddie Murray card, among other things. The guy that helped me acted like he’d buy nothing except Denver sports, which seemed pretty odd and rudely dismissive. He also made it seem like they only bought in-season sports and nothing else. I get being located in Denver, but there are sports fans from every city living here, and it seems as if he/they just can’t be bothered to look anything up that might be valuable, because all they know is Denver sports, or assume that there aren’t other fans from other cities willing to buy those cards in their store. Seems odd to not want a little variety, and immediately dismiss things because of the city of origin. Lots of collectors out here not only looking to buy just Broncos and Nuggets cards. What’s funny is the other collectible shop down the road a few miles buys pretty much anything at 70% cash value. Guess the difference in business was a dismissive guy behind a counter that made it seem like everything I had wouldn’t sell at all and a kind gentleman on the phone that offered to take a look at everything at a different shop. Wasn’t a great experience for someone that moved here and was hoping to find a shop that at least gave you the time of day. Feel like they missed out on some money. 🤷🏻♂️

Decent shop. It's split in two, one side is more about TCG and Table top gaming and the other side is comics, toys, collectables etc. I liked their card side and picked up some single MTG and a few boosters. It's cool that they offer a 10% discount for military, even on singles. The lady was nice. The other side was cool too see, and lots of selection. My reason for the 4 ⭐ instead of a 5 ⭐ is that the customer service was a bit lacking. More so on the comic side. Also the comics on the wall are a bit higher than current market value. Nothing wrong with that, if someone wants it, they will get it. But it does deter knowing that the mark up can be from 20% to 40%. All that being said, I still recommend coming to the shop. It has a large selection and is still fun to browse around.
