Never open on time!! Whenever I get here from 10-10:30am it is NEVER open, although their store and online hours say otherwise. One cashier who isn’t too nice and will hardly acknowledge you walking in, however the other cashier who wears flashier shirts has a more energetic, welcoming demeanor when customers walk into the store and is willing to talk with me and my girlfriend (who frequent the store due to her working at the outlets) about our interests. Really sucks because they have an amazing selections of comics and an awesome store location, however I feel it suffers tremendously with the staff. It is currently 10:11am as I’m writing this on the bench outside waiting for the store to open.

Listen, I love this store and I shop here very frequently. It has a great selection and the OWNER is very nice and loves what he does. But the employee that usually works at the store alone is extremely rude and demeaning. It’s to the point where when I have a question about what’s in stock, I do anything in my power NOT to ask him because I’d either get a snarky response, or just a flat out rude one. I’m not hating on this store, it’s actually one of the better comic stores you’ll come across (especially in the area) but when I walk into the store I dread having to interact with him because he discourages me to continue to be apart of the comic community due to the constant snarky responses. My brother who is an extremely new reader (like just bought his first comic) was so excited to go into this store. But after he asked a question, the guy was nothing but rude and completely killed his mood. I love this store but it kills me to see someone who is so unwelcoming to new comers. The comic community is all about welcoming new people but with him, you wouldn’t think so. I would love for something to be done about this because it’s clearly not just me. Either have a talk to him one on one about customer service or get rid of him entirely. But whatever you do, please remember that everyone starts somewhere.

its a really great store, with great merch and a solid selection of comics from the main three comic book distributors. I’ve even met who i believe is the owner, super nice guy. unfortunately the guy thats usually at register doesnt share the same enthusiasm and warm welcome the owner gives. instead the guy thats usually at the register comes off as annoyed, rude, and unhelpful. i used to pull new comic issues here, which i unfortunately no longer do because of the severe lack of communication when pulls are missing, something thats been happening frequently. so between the unwelcoming employee, missing stock, and lack of communication, I now get my pulls from a place where I get a minimum of one email a week from the store letting me know exactly whats coming in, a customer discount, and some fantastic customer service im not writing this review to tear this place down, but instead hopefully some pointers on what can be improved upon since all i want to see is comics and the stores that provide them florish. i think this store in particular is great and has a lot of potential. however, a smile and some communication go a long way.

Love the store friendly customer service. I mostly go here for Funko pop and weekly comics. If I can’t find it they show me where it at.

Great selection of merchandise. Nice selection of Jeep apparel. Bought birthday & Christmas presents here. Very friendly & courteous staff.
