Tried to sell Pokémon cards. Guy couldn't buy them without owner being there. With no idea when or if he'd ever show up. Great business practice.

Extremely disorganized experience. I submitted a large MTG buy list and waited while they pulled the order, only to find out they could not provide a clean digital itemized quote with prices. Instead, I was sent messy photos of marked-up pages that were difficult to read and reconcile (see photo). When I decided not to move forward and ordered elsewhere, staff called me unprofessional rather than acknowledging that their quoting process is not remotely customer-friendly. For a $1000+ order, I expected basic organization and a usable price breakdown. I would not shop here again or recommend them. Also, for anyone reading this, the "Response from the owner" below to this review is a highly misleading attempt to save face. Based on the other numerous 1-star reviews, I'd highly caution anyone from doing business with them!

Super friendly environment. Definitely felt welcomed even though they are super busy. Out of all the card place in the area, felt comfortable selling my Pokémon collection there. Highly recommended. Will be back to start my new collection!

Got recommended by my math teacher, it’s so refreshing to not be ignored in a card store (as a teenage girl), the workers are so kind when i go here, and recommend things, offer sleeves, and greet me at the door. I was scared to go here since i had a terrible experience every time i went to mox valley games, but this place is so much more kind and welcoming and fun

This is a pleasant, clean, uncluttered Local Game Store. Play area is nicely set up and well-lit. Staff are helpful and friendly. The store puppy, Halo, is ridiculously cute and very well-behaved. Pricing on card sleeves is excellent; their Dragon Shield sleeves have a good selection and are better-prices than anywhere else I’ve seen. Pricing on singles is also generally reasonable and aligns with tcgplayer. The Maushold IR 226, for example, currently runs about $30, which is competitively priced. I’d buy singles from this place in a heartbeat. Their accessories (e.g. the Lorcana Pirate Tigger playmat, dice, etc.) are also well-stocked and fairly priced. Unfortunately, like many LGS’s, pricing on packs (see video) is sometimes insane. $45 for an unsleeved ES booster pack is bonkers. Even on TCG these run $30; $45 is straight up unreasonable for unsleeved Eviling Cries, Moonbreon or no Moonbreon. Lost Origins & Paldean Fates are similar sky high- $16 & $15 respectively for an unsleeved booster is crazily over market. In the current craze, some percentage is understandable, but this is steep to the point of needing climbing harnesses. Overall, this is a decent LGS. While I can’t really fault stores for cashing in on the current Pokemon craze to a reasonable level, AB’s pricing on packs is just too high to be anything but gouging. Overpricing packs like this puts buying out of reach for anyone except resellers and WhatNot, which isn’t a lot of fun for the average player/collector/parent. I do recommend the store; I regretfully recommend grabbing packs elsewhere.
