Ace Hardware of Covington Township

Taking all my business to Lowe's. Sunday May 17th 10:53 a.m. I have been shopping at Ace loyally for 2 years. Today I tried to return a simple item and I didn't have my receipt. Most retail stores are able to look it up with the card you used. I was told this was possible at first. When I went to the main customer service center there were two ladies working there. I'm not sure what happened or why I couldn't return the items. That's not even the reason I'm terminating me relationship with Ace. It was my interaction with the customer service ladies. All I can think about was how rude, supercilious and dismissive they were. I am a male and I've noticed this pattern of treatment by the female employees consistently. I've also noticed the complete opposite when dealing with a male employee. Either way, I've been disgusted for a while but I am finally Fed up. No more money from my accounts will ever make their way to Ace hardware ever again.

Inventory count needs to be updated, I come here for convenience &/or time savings, I search on their website first, Says In Stock, but it's not, or Says 2 In Stock, but only have 1.aThe6 Need to Inventory everything, go through every shelf and put merchandise in correct locations. This would help out tremendously... basic store / Inventory management.

Great place to go staff are friendly and knowledgeable and quick to help with anything you need thanks ace hardware staff 👍

Needed under rv propane tanks filled. Found this Giant Ace hardware store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff took care of us in a jiffy. This store also has a large rv section. Good sales items. It's just a great store to walk around in. You’re sure to find something you need. Awesome big parking lot.

Amazing hardware store. They have it all, it’s worth the trip even if it’s a little out of your way
