Made an online order through them on about May 21 and the order has not shipped or been updated since then, it has been over a month since I've had any sort of communication with them, I've tried leaving multiple messages to no avail. As of 7/13, I have reached out multiple times via phone, email, and even messaging their Facebook. Really disappointed with the lack of response, the only communication Ive had was on 5/28 when I asked about it, and they said to reach back out after two weeks. After two weeks and almost two months, I have been ghosted and unable to reach anyone from the shop. It's unfortunate because I was really excited to support this business, but I cannot recommend anyone deal with them, especially with a $200 order like mine was.

I placed an order may 19th, They marked the order as shipped about 10 days after placing it however the tracking label shows no package was ever recieved still. Soon the tracking label will expire, and I’m already legally obligated to a refund (30+ days). I would just appreciate a refund or for the order to be shipped I have no preference at this point, just want it to be resolved. Tried reaching out through text, gmail, and website support. This is the only way to get their attention.

A fun collectible store that has a little bit of everything so anyone interested in collectibles can find something they enjoy. The store feels like a mini museum of different collectibles. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have an easy to use kiosk to find magic singles with a large selection of cards. The have fair pricing for their magic singles. Definitely recommend to stop by if you are near for one of their magic nights.

I have to say that Randy is probably one of the most knowledgeable card dealers in the country. I have done business with them for about 20 years. He is honest, trustworthy, reliable, and timely in all his transactions. His genuine knowledge of his products is unsurpassed, and he definitely goes out of his way to be helpful and caring to the needs of his many customers. I give them the highest recommendations and suggest you all either visit them in person or purchase from him online he will be glad you did.

I would like to say this place is a breath of fresh air because its nice having place local "enough" place to buy cards from. However, it can still be frustrating because some prices are not updated or stock isn't updated on their online store, nor their kiosks. The receipts are also not itemized meaning that there is no way to check if everything was rung up correctly. Some cards are priced way higher then most market pricings like by 100% or 200% so there is weirdness there. Just through the grapevine alone though, I have had people tell me horror stories of their own dealing with this store. Some being treated like crap or just making sure people aren't being cheated out of their cards only to be banned for trying to make sure people get what they pay for. I genuinely would like the best for the store, because people go to play there and that's where friends and family go to have fun for card game nights. We just lost a LGS so it means its one less store to have nice place to go to and there aren't that many. Update: We have a receipt that was sent to are our email, it is in fact not itemized and just says what we spent at the store. You are acting like I am personally attacking you because I have played at Grab N' Go Games but there are dozens of people expressing genuine issues at your store and you choose to treat them like spies sent to shut you down and that there doesn't sit right with me. I hardly know anyone from Grab N' Go Games, and you trying to act like I am from some cabal meant to take you down. The one guy who does run the counter at your store doesn't preface anything about prices, just that stock on the kiosk and online store does NOT match your actual stock because we have had some cards replaced albeit the same cards just either borderless or foil which is fine but still says a lot. I feel like there is some dissonance from who runs the store and the staff because the staff seem friendly but who runs this place is very hostile and can't take genuine concern and critique. Beefing with anyone who has concerns is going to run you store down and you can't just say you the only store because I and other people can literally just go to TCG player. I really don't understand the hostile nature of such replies and it makes having genuine concerns and questions hard to express for the fear of being burned by someone who doesn't seem to understand this.
