World of Games 2.0

Pros: staff was friendly and welcoming. They had a huge selection of MTG cards which is what we went for. Cons: pricing between the employees was different. The first said they round up on TCG market price past .51 So for example if I had a stack of 50+ cards which were 1.51 they would charge me 2 each, making it 100 instead of 75.5. I totally get it on one or two cards, but when we are talking a massive amount of singles all within the 1- 5 area the gap grows exponentially. Unfortunately I couldn’t justify purchasing anything and put it all back knowing I would have been overpaying. **there is the argument I am not paying shipping, however when you’re ordering more than 50 bucks you usually don’t pay shipping anyway. I would not recommend unless you need your singles immediately.

This store is a sweet gem close to the downtown Lakeville area. It's difficult to find these kind of stores south of the Twin Cities, so I'm really happy to see such a great LGS that supports this area.

Amazing place! From super gamer to New/novice this place offers something for you. Fabulous and helpful staff to navigate your gaming journey. MTG peeps will have a great resource of cards and players.

We found this store last year when looking for Pokémon for the kids. It quickly became our favorite place and my kids absolutely love earning a trip here. The staff is so friendly and truly cares for their customers. We can spend hours looking through all their bulk and never leave empty handed. My son has Autism and struggles with communicating and they're always so patient with him and he absolutely loves coming to the store. They offer many events to get connected to others who love to play the game as well. They also have amazing prices on product!

I absolutely love this game shop! Great selection, retro video games and tons of TCG goodies, import items, and helpful insightful employees! I love bringing my kids to browse the card bins, and we always buy something before leaving. If you're into geek culture and gaming, check it out.
