Store looks nice and everything but everything is way overpriced. Went there to buy some singles and they were like 25 to 30% higher than market. I rather go to other local shops where they have better prices and better customer service.

!!!!vvv*** EDIT ***vvv!!!! *Legit just watched you walk out of CVS with blister packs 🤣🤣* *Do you not get enough from your "4 suppliers".. YOU PEOPLE ARE THE WORSE. Here's my 1 YEAR review. Do not use this store. !!!EVERYTHING IS OVER MARKET!!! I walked in to buy some prismatic evolution. They are asking $150 for a prismatic ETB when market is just under $110. I dont care what their excuse is. Every other store in spring hill is doing just fine selling at market price. 35% over market is just bad business. Hope you guys can do better. So far you're hurting your reputation and going below a 4 star on Google. ******************************************** RESPONSE: I want to clarify a few things, because your response actually reinforces the concern about pricing rather than addressing it. First, the “significant price to restock” point doesn’t line up with the facts. I called a day ahead and asked what you paid for this product and was told $75. The current TCGplayer market at that time was priced $107, and you’re asking $150. That’s roughly a 100% markup over stocking cost and about 40% over market. Paying $75 and selling at $150 isn’t a consequence of demand, it’s a pricing decision (price gouging.). Second, pointing out that your listing would sit around the 70th position out of 163 listings on TCGplayer isn’t the defense you think it is. That’s page 6 or 7. Being proudly mid-pack while still well above market doesn’t justify the price, especially when the market number itself is $107. Saying “we’re not the most expensive” doesn’t matter when you’re still far from competitive. Third, dismissing online sellers as “people selling from their house” is misleading. Many TCGplayer sellers are licensed stores and high-volume retailers, and regardless, market price is market price. Overhead is already understood, which is why most local shops price 5–10% over market, not 35–40%. That brings me to the convenience argument. There are three other card stores in Spring Hill, all local, all offering the same convenience, and all trending much closer to market pricing. Convenience only matters if it’s unique, and in this area, it isn’t. Offering me a different product at market price doesn’t address the issue either. I wasn’t asking for an alternative, I was asking why this specific ETB was priced so far above both market and local competition. Lastly, the tone of your response comes off as if customers should feel fortunate to shop with you. In retail, it works the other way around. Customers are the value, and judging by the number of reviews mentioning pricing, this isn’t an isolated opinion. I left the review because pricing like this hurts consumer trust, especially when supply is sourced from retail, marked up aggressively, and justified as “secondary market realities” despite clear local competition. That’s the entire point. I’m not saying you can’t price however you want. I’m saying customers are equally free to call it out and shop elsewhere. I'm trying to help you do better. Delete your response and ill retract my edit. Like I said "you're not convincing me".

New to card collecting. Not to this kind of store because of my gaming background. Here is what to know. Store agent Eric welcomed me like an old friend my first time there. Answered my very basic beginner level questions with explanations and minus the eye rolling and judgmental commentary often experienced when dealing with hobby store “experts “. A large selection of storage and protection products left me leaving with everything I needed. I promise you this will be my card shop from here out.

This place is pretty cool. I was a little bit skeptical if they would have much stuff, but when I went in I was really surprised. They honestly have EVERYTHING! Baseball cards, football cards, basketball cards, hockey cards, Pokémon, Magik, etc. I wasn’t expecting it to be so big and they have gaming tables so that we can come in and play Magik on Friday nights. We ripped a couple of packs hoping for a Brady rookie card, but no luck this time. I’m going to pick up some more for my husband for Christmas- maybe we’ll get lucky! Nice guys working- surprisingly knowledgeable about everything being sold and very honest about what various packs might or might not contain (some having autographed cards and some not). Prices were good. Place was clean and well lit so that you could look at everything. Will definitely be back.
