Waifu Next Door Collectibles llc

Host fake pre-release event. Doors still locked during scheduled time. Waited extra with a group of people but still closed. Went again at 2pm but still closed.

Purchased a pre-order from the owner. Unfortunately but understandably he was unable to fulfill the pre-orders due to distribution problems. This was over 1.5 years ago and he still refuses to refund me. I stay in regular contact with him and so far he has only refunded a very small portion of what I paid. Please beware if you utilize this store for any form of pre-order. You may not get the product and he might just keep your money.

The owner, Jhi, is a SCAMMER. I placed a preorder with him for Journey Together back in January (11 months ago), and he never refunded my deposit after claiming that he wasn’t allocated any product—which may not even be true. I joined his community initially because he seemed nice and helpful. I thought I had finally found a decent shop and community for Pokémon. As the Journey Together release date approached, there were no updates. Several weeks after the release, he informed us that he had received no allocation and would refund our deposits. It’s now been over seven months, and I still haven’t received my full refund. I have continually messaged him and he has been ghosting me. Do business with him at your own risk.

Great service, great prices, great selection, great everything!! The owner takes time to talk to everyone that walks in, and he has the lowest prices compared to every other shop out there! They have pokemon tournaments on Thursday at 6:30pm and Sunday at 11am, so as a tcg player, this is definitely going to be my go to spot from now on.

Great deals on Pokemon and magic cards and some pretty cool retro games as well. The staff was super helpful and went out of their way to help me find some specific cards my son had been looking for!
