Victory Road Games

We are from Tri Cities and discovered this gem while in Toppenish. We stopped by on a Friday and had to come back on Sunday because they have awesome Pokemon collections. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners on different days and both were very nice and knowledgable of their products! We will definitely come back!

Great place here went to buy a game console and worker wasn't sure on a feature but she kept digging til she found the right answer very helpful great environment store!

Just starting the hobby out, lady at counter was super nice and informative when I told her I didn’t know much. Bought a chaos rising etb and mega zygarde box, pulled everything in photo from that. Will be going back to learn how to trade if they do! Definitely stop in, fair prices. (Follow up to previous review)- I still like this card shop I am just finding that the communication among staff may be lacking or things may change last minute a lot. I called on Wednesday night to see when they would be doing pre-order for Pitch Black, the gentleman over the phone told me later that night but I was working the next couple of days so I wouldn’t be able to make it in. I called again on Thursday to see if they would still be doing it Friday or if I had missed it. Lady over the phone told me that it would actually be opening Friday and that they would have sheets printed out breaking everything down, in person only, and the only way to gaurentee your pre-order for sure was to pay at that time (totally understandable). Went in today on my lunch break to pre-order, to my surprise I was told that it was being announced on Monday. The lady explained to me that their TCG guys would get first pick and that whatever is left over is what we’d be able to possibly grab. I wasn’t able to pre-order like I was told over the phone multiple times so I politely left.

Absolutely amazing. Very friendly staff and good prices on pokémon cards. Shout-out to Calvin, who helped me when I was just starting out. Highly recommend. 5 stars easily. Absolutely amazing service, clean space, and great staff. Lots of good bulk, too, as well as some video games. Would give this more stars if I could.

I had an amazing experience at this shop Rosa was very friendly, knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. Customer service was great and not only was the shop clean but very organized. Excited for future visits!
