Great experience. Owner is very knowledgeable and nice. They have so many neat collector items. Awesome Warhammer selection. Great place!

Normally I love this place but I had a weird encounter. Found a miniature I was searching for, for awhile. It had a sticker on the box listing it for $45. The price was listed on multiple boxes of this product. But when I got to the counter it rang up as 60$. I was confused and showed the clerk the sticker. He seemed confused by it and went to check the other boxes only to see it was on every one. He then went on to explain to me that it's normally higher online and should be 60$. I didn't want to argue and just paid the higher price but he then said “you can check the price of any item online with your phone.” but I don't work for the store I shouldn't have to check the price of every item you sell especially if you have a sticker listing the items price on the product. I get mistakes happen but they should of just took the Loss sold it for the price they listed and then fix it after. Not make me feel like I did something wrong. TLDR becareful because the prices listed on items might not be the actual price.

I wasn't able to spend more than 5 minutes at this store. I'm visiting the Springs and wanted a comic shop to look at. I'm browsing around when I notice signs saying not to open the trade paperbacks or read the comics! How are you supposed to know you want to check something out if you can't read it! Especially when it's a visual medium such as comics. It's very spacious and seemed like they had lots of inventory but that doesn't matter if you can't look through any of it. Make it make sense.

I don't know if I came on a bad day or if the owner was just having a bad day. But I did not have a great experience at all here. When I arrived at the store around it's opening time, no one was in the store. Two people were waiting outside. They told me it was great. I waited for about 20 to 30 minutes before deciding I would go do some other chores and then come back. Thankfully when I came back (around 12 pm) the store was open. I was there trying to see if I could donate or sell my old magic the gathering cards. First guy I talked to said I had to talk to the owner who did come out right as he said that. I asked the owner about the cards and he said my cards were in poor condition (which is not surprising given I've had them for 10 years at this point) and refused to even discuss it. I went to another location in the springs that served me better. I would recommend avoiding this place all together if this is the attitude on customer service.

Great selection of Warhammer and other hobby items, and the BEST prices in town! We love stopping by just to look around, but we always end up walking out with something. They also have a great selection of Kill Team, which is awesome to see. Van is super informative and always willing to help with questions or recommendations. Such an awesome place. We recommend it to everyone we know!
