The individuals working there were incredibly friendly and helped us find some new dice to play with. Definitely coming back the next time we're there!

I purchased a card on TCGplayer from here. I used ApplePay and it changed my address at the last minute. I didn’t catch the error until I had already paid for it. I send a message thru the system less than a minute later. 24 hours goes by and I get the following message. Oh goodness! We delivered this one already, and we can check tomorrow at the post office to see if they hopefully still have it, and we can get it changed! If not, we'll go ahead and give you a refund and hope the card gets hit with a return to sender or something akin! Thanks for letting us know, we'll see if we can get it sorted, and update you tomorrow! Braid at Unity Tabletop Gaming 24 hour later: Hey Jim, Unfortunately, the card has already been sent out. We can wait for a return to sender to come back, otherwise your only other option would be to escalate this problem with TCGPlayer (as we're not really in a position to give a refund on a card already sent out). When escalating, however, you won't be able to talk to US anymore, as the thread gets locked. I'm also a bit doubtful that they'd be on your side, regrettably. Hope this helps. Sage at Unity Tabletop Gaming Here is my response: Before I escalate it… I want to give you a chance to refund it. I sent the message to you less than a minute after the order. Even if I had requested a cancellation, you sent it before checking messages. Having time stamps as proof, I think they will be on my side. Your call. I do leave reviews as well 3 days later when I haven’t received a response: So… no response? It’s not about the $4.00. It’s about the customer service. Which started out great and turned super sour with Sage’s response. Do you like negative reviews and complaints with the BBB? Your call here. At least a response is warranted. 24 hours after that: Hello, I'm sorry that you found my response frustrating. I did not intend to be rude whatsoever. In my eyes, regarding the refund, it's less about the address mistake, and more about the fact that we already sent out the card and would therefore "lose" the profit of selling the card if we refunded it. Frankly, I'm not sure what TCGPlayer's decision would be, hence the recommendation to escalate it. That way, it gets taken care of correctly. Too, I've not had this exact situation happen before, so I would know their stance and therefore what we should do in the future. I'm not sure what you are insinuating with the prospect of a negative review. I hope this response explains well that I was trying to be helpful, not hurtful. If you're referring to the "doubtful" statement, I will admit I did not realize the time stamp of you immediately sending a response, and so was simply trying to be helpful as to weighing your options. I'm, at this point, genuinely unsure where TCGPlayer's verdict would lie. Thanks for understanding, Sage at Unity Tabletop Gaming I have to admit that I am blown away by that business model. A few dollar margin on a stupid card is worth loosing a customer over? I think this place a bigger problems and a few bucks isn’t going to save them. I don’t recommend purchasing from them. Not online and I wouldn’t set foot in their store.

Stopped into Unity while traveling home to Florida hoping to find some One Piece starter decks. The manager working there had the most personable customer service and showed a passion for board games, TCGs and RPGs. The store was well stocked with collectibles, board games (some even we had never heard of despite keeping up with the board game scene), TCG, RPG sourcebooks, and even a bit of Warhammer. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone in the local area or even those just passing by. I wish they were a lot closer to home.

Best tabletop gaming store around. I primarily play MTG, but I have grown up with a fascination with a variety for board games. They have a great selection of products, and the staff is very knowledgeable about the games and products they sell. They have a large tournament room, and they are fair with product pricing. I have not traded in very many mtg singles, but they do have above standard trade in value on cards from my experience with other card stores that I have been to. Great place to hang out at, and they are typically open 7 days per week!

Love this place. I’m into funko pops mainly and they have a medium sized selection. They definitely have nice pops anything from normal pops to five packs. The surprising thing is that they charge the same for chases as they do normal pops (unless it a very expensive chase) unlike some other stores I go to. And I get that they are a game store but the amount of great pops they have for being that is amazing. Overall great staff and great store.
