Underground Games

Fun environment and fun people! Has a great variety for sale and has a great selection of snacks if we stay and play. Also, always has events going on! The only thing I wish I could change was how close we lived to Underground games haha we would be there multiple times a week!

Overall decent store. Nice mix of MTG, One Piece, Pokemon available in Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Generally helpful, very friendly and there are snacks, drinks and limited accessories to purchase. However, Pokémon card prices are a little high for some. They use TCG Player to set and check pricing, which isn't very up to date. Some cards are priced over posted TCG prices and MSRP. Decent store for sure, just bring your wallet.

Used to be my go-to spot. As of late I can no longer endorse this shop confidently as a hobbyist-friendly location. The latest pre-release for the newest One Piece was disastrous, as other reviews have stated, they opted for constructed decks rather than handing out the 6 packs to play with pulled cards in order to save product to scalp online. I reached out to 5 other card shops within 25MI and this spot was the only one to do this. Not only that, they decided to sell booster boxes for +90% over msrp to tournament players (I also asked nearby shops and 4/4 locations sold the boxes at 150/140$ to players). A shop can do whatever they want with their product, but circling back to what I said before don't come to this spot with the expectation you're going to be met with fellow hobbyists behind the counter. When I asked to speak to someone about this crazy price I had Chumlee the manager come up and tell me if I had a problem with it, to not buy any because they'll make more online anyways. Then I asked to speak to the owner, at least to hear it from the horses mouth and got told he was busy by a turned back. Don't show up here expecting to have found "YOUR" LCS, they're too busy worrying about their backroom ebay store stock getting sold. I did get compensation (one booster pack and the welcome pack + refund) for being the only to show up for a tournament, which is why this isn't a negative 1 star review. I should've realized WHY nobody showed up though. Just try somewhere else folks, go give some place respectable your business. -Edited to one star for the sorry excuse of a reply.

There’s a reason no one plays certain games here. They’ve started to care about profit. Selling the newest One piece set at over 300$ a box when MSRP is 125. They sold everything to handful of people. Their last release event they ran as constructed, which *no one* does at LGSs in an attempt to have more product to sell people and not give out. They were selling boxes at almost 200$ for that set. Honestly explains why no one goes there to play OP and I recommend no one support this activity.

Cute little shop, the staff is very kind and profesional! They have a variety of items, From MTG cards to cute plushies. They have a lot of cool dice and mats! Gabriel and Rina were both very helpful trough out our time there!
