UnboundGames

Man, it sounds cliche, but it’s the type of place that feels like a family. Normally I go in and just do my thing - make trades, sell some stuff, buy some chase cards, whatever. But lately, my family and kids have shown some interest in getting into collecting too. Some person I’d never met gifted my daughter a PSA 9 slab. Somebody gave my kid the rest of their store credit so they could get a cool pikachu promo. The staff handed us some XL promos they had for the kids just because. Awesome, friendly people, awesome environment, and just a great place to hang out on the weekend looking at cardboard. If there’s only one shop I could go to in the springs, it would be this one. Thank you guys for making this a magical experience for my kids. You guys are awesome.

Alex is fantastic, his knowledge of the product is amazing. My wife and I always have a great time going in there when he’s there!! Great Pokémon selection and magic! I also love that it’s a great space for people to go and play/trade! 11/10 always recommend!

My 6-year-old son and I came to Unbound Games carrying some baggage. After a rough run-in with a scalper at a big retail store while trying to get Pokémon cards, my son had decided that everyone in the hobby was just out to take the fun away from other people. I didn't have a good answer for him, because honestly he hadn't seen anything to prove otherwise. So I went looking for the best card shop in the Springs, somewhere that actually cares about the hobby and about making sure the next generation gets to fall in love with it the way I did as a kid. Unbound Games was my hope, and holy moly did they deliver. My son got to meet Jeremy, who gave him a fun little quiz and then let him dig through the kid box, a whole box of Pokémon cards. He found one of his favorite Pokémon that he didn't have a card of yet and was absolutely ecstatic. Jeremy then helped him track down a beautiful Arceus card that we bought special for him. Unbound Games completely turned around my son's belief that everyone in this hobby was trying to steal the fun. They gave him the exact experience I'd hoped he'd have. Thank you for everything. You've got a customer for life.

Just wanted to pop in and leave some positivity for the crew at Unbound Games!! I have been to this shop around a dozen times, and I have to say they have impressed me every single time! they offer friendly and informed staff who help instantly, an impressive Pokemon collection, great selection of Magic the Gathering singles, alongside a clean and welcoming space to play with friends! Once, during a financial hardship I had need to sell some of collection and they were able to help me make it through with fair offers for my cards. That integrity and kindness stands out and is worth highlighting! Keep up the good work!

This store is the best store we’ve ever found for cards. The community is such a breath of fresh air, especially in recent years when it comes to pokemon. We have a 6 yr old who’s gotten into the games and cards like we have and everyone has been so welcoming. It’s also refreshing to find cards we can all open together as a family, since they don’t support scalpers. We’ve been back 3 times and it’s always been great, we’ll definitely be regulars from now on!
