U Wine Bar

Been to this gaming and wine bar six times now and each time has been greater than the last. The owner and staff truly care. The environment is second-to-none for tcg / magic players. Everything is clean and comfortable, from wood tables, chairs, and benches to high-end ventilation — this is far from the normal gaming store experience. It feels adult and kind and accessible and focused. The events are about the joy of playing the game and of doing so with others. Often, the owner joins in. Knowledgeable and again, just kind, they add to the experience. You never feel like you're not "one of the regulars" or "not experienced enough." You just feel welcome. Then there's the wine and snacks and beverage options. Often times I'll be playing magic at one table and two tables over there will be couples or friends just enjoying fantastic local and regional wines and ciders and mead. It's again... just a VIBE. Parking is truly easy after 5 p.m. within a block. It's safe, its comfortable, its clean — if you haven't checked it out yet, do yourself a favor.

Inviting and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent selection of beer / wine etc. Staff and owner are friendly. Stop by for a a drink, snack, coffee! All are welcomed here. MTG wise: Perfect place for a draft or commander. Well run tournaments, passionate and helpful gamers. Attracts the right kind of people and delivers a top notch experience. Large selection of old packs too!

Super cute wine bar with a great selection of wines & ciders. Also duos as a magic card shop (plus board games for recreation) with a huge selection of packs & accessories. I went to my first ever pre-release here for strixhaven and had an absolute blast. They had cider & cookie pairings for each of the colleges. The staff is really friendly and super knowledgeable on the games. 10/10, can't wait to have some commander nights here!!

Incredibly great wine bar, MTG store, and boardgame hub. I attended a pre release for the TMNT set and was greeted with a paired mini-glass of wine and a slice of pizza. Really pleasant staff and a clean environment. Big fan, and I will def be back.

Just popping through town to see friends and unexpectedly came upon this gem of a wine bar! Elijah was so attentive and friendly and gave wonderful recommendations for wine pairings. I love that they also partner with other local small businesses. Can’t wait to visit again someday!
