Tucson Games and Gadgets - Premium Outlet

Dawns great! What a nice lady. Be kind of cool if she got a raise and this was mentioned to her. Maybe I'll keep posting more 5 star reviews if she gets a raise. Idk

I took my grandson, who is new to Pokemon to Gadgets to get some new pokemon cards and maybe talk to someone knowledgeable about the game. The guy that helped us was a pokemon expert and really made the experience fun for us. We received a couple of free cards and my grandson talked about it all afternoon. Thanks to the man that helped us. Will be returning, for sure.

Dawn and JP are excellent! They always take time with newbies and veterans alike to make every customer feel welcome. They have patience and vast knowledge to answer any question! The store is always clean. The vibe is friendly. Easiest five star review to make.

Dawn is always super nice and helpful! She always makes this store feel like a second home whenever I visit! Jaace is super chill and very knowledgeable about TCGs. If I ever have a question about rulings, strategies, or the like he is my go to. I'm not much of a Warhammer fan, but the space they have for it seems to be very impressive. I'm a huge Dungeons and Dragons player, and there is always a friendly and inclusive group to join in with here!

This is an exemplary game store! The staff are what makes this stand out from other game stores. Jaace is very informed on all manner of games and a gentle soul. Dawn has a great sense of humor and is very welcoming. And last but not least, John is the captain at the head of the helm that keeps the ship running like a well oiled machine. John always has time to lend an ear to a new customer in need and to his regular customers as well! He excels in running events for all games and does everything he can to make it special to every player involved! All this to say this game store has become my home base!
