Kevin needs a raise. Great attitude, very personable, well informed, and actually took the time to answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. AWESOME KID!!! He is the reason I will be back. Prices are a little high but I guess that’s just the hobby now.

I stopped into Triple Diamond Sports Cards & Collectibles for the first time recently after driving past it during my lunch break for months. As someone who is just getting into trading card games and looking for a local card shop to call home, I was excited to check it out. My first impression was that the store is huge and carries a solid selection of products. There was plenty to browse, and they appeared to have a good variety of inventory. That said, I did notice many of the sealed products were priced above market value and nowhere near MSRP, though that may simply be a reflection of today's TCG market. Unfortunately, the customer service side of the experience left a lot to be desired. When I walked in and greeted the employee behind the counter, I received no response. As a first-time customer, I was hoping for at least a welcome or acknowledgment. While shopping, I found a few items I wanted to purchase, but the process was a little confusing. Some items were expected to be retrieved by customers while others required staff assistance, and as a first-time visitor, it wasn't always clear which was which. Because I was never greeted or given any guidance, I found myself unsure of how things worked, which made the experience feel unnecessarily awkward. After spending some time browsing and finding a handful of products I was excited to pick up, I tried striking up a conversation during checkout, mentioning that it was my first time visiting and complimenting the store. Before I could finish, another customer who seemed to be a regular started calling out to the employee. Once that interaction ended, I repeated myself, but again received no response. Overall, I found the store to be cold and unwelcoming, which is unfortunate because the selection and size of the shop are definite positives. My experience lacked the friendliness and customer engagement that might make people want to come back. As a new customer looking for a local shop to support, I left feeling more like I had visited a reseller charging premium prices than a community-focused card shop interested in building relationships with repeat customers.

Friendly staff, amazing selection of Pokemon cards. They have the latest packs and great prices. The place is well organized and clean. It’s become my go to card store!

Will share my thoughts after visiting the store 3 different times over the last 4 months Positives: - Clean store - Great selection of wax. They seemingly have boxes of everything ultramodern - Large variety of “dollar box” cards, has something for everyone - Huge space with a lot of room no matter how crowded the store is - Staff is friendly Negatives: - One of the worst selection of single cards (higher end in cases) I’ve seen at a card store (guesstimate of less than 50 sports singles) and roughly 100 Pokemon singles - pays 75% comps and only takes in liquid ultramodern singles (probably contributes to the lack of singles in the store) - Trade at 80% value (which doesn’t make sense for a store in which the the employee said, “we struggle to get single cards” - Sticker prices range from 100-125% comps - Will not negotiate on cards in my experience (offered over 90% of sticker on both visits and was just told “no”) - at least half the sports singles were in the store the last two times I’ve visited (approx 5 weeks apart) If you are selling or trading to them, you are likely leaving money on the table. If you buy, you are probably paying market value or slightly over. Overall, the shop is fine, but I’ll continue to take my money to other shops that pay stronger and are at least willing to at have a discussion/negotiation on cards.

Triston is awesome! He was the only one working the front had so many customers and yet was still attentive and kind anytime we needed help. That is the kind of servant that will make us come back. Thank you!
