Our family loves this place! Michael and his staff have always been great to talk to, they offer great service, you can tell they love what they do! The variety of their offerings is wide and I particularly like that there are some options for board games for kids that are bilingual (Spanish/English).

I was shocked by the treatment at this toy store. My little sister had been searching for a NeeDoh toy for months and was thrilled when she found out this store carried them. Instead of a fun and welcoming experience, she was told she could not purchase one unless she played and beat an employee in a game of chess. The staff claimed they would not sell the toy to anyone who could not “stimulate and use their mind intellectually.” NeeDoh toys are designed to help relieve stress, encourage mindfulness, improve focus, and provide a satisfying sensory experience for people of all ages. Turning the purchase into a public test of intelligence was unnecessary and inappropriate. When I asked if this was some kind of joke, the employee responded in a rude and condescending manner. Unfortunately, the owner was no better and came across as equally dismissive and unpleasant. What should have been an exciting moment for my little sister became embarrassing and upsetting. I feel especially bad for kids who visit without a parent, sibling, or trusted adult to advocate for them. No kid should be made to feel inadequate, embarrassed, or judged while trying to buy a toy. A toy store should be welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive—not a place where kids are put down or made to prove themselves before making a purchase. We left disappointed and will not be returning.

A hidden gem! A guaranteed adventure awaits you every time you visit Treasures. Mike & his team are so much fun and their passion for games and family fun is evident. Share with them games your family loves and they know all about every game in the store and will give you recommendations for something else you’ll enjoy. They have TONS of games you won’t have heard of (and plenty of the ones you have but didn’t know you needed) and are the perfect guides to finding your next Family Game Night fun. We never leave there without a smile and owe a lot of our game collection to them. They are the BEST!!!

04/20/2026 - To me this is the #1 Store in Naperville! I got to hang out with Robin for a few minutes - she 's awesome. What a cool place. I'm a novelty guy...so I picked up a few good ones. Man, who doesn't love a good "Evel Knievel" - As you already know - they have tons of cool things - check em out.

Such a great vibe I get from this store. The owner and other employees (I've only met one other) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me find holiday gifts that made everyone happy and then, when i went back, helped me find even more fun stuff for the family. They've got a good selection, and it doesn't feel overcrowded. They always have a demo game out to try out. I played an employee at one game. He was a great teacher. Pretty sure he went easy on me. Good move. I bought it. Anyway, support local indie businesses! It's always worth it to have someplace like this in your community.
