Trainers backpack

Prices are fine. Was in and out fast but it didn't feel welcoming at all. One of the people at the counter was just on their laptop but the other one was polite. Didn't even glance at me when the man on the laptop handed me the thing to pay.

The shop clerk was very rude, on the phone they said they do 75% and depending on higher value cards can make wiggle room. When I come to the store and give them a bunch of cards some going for close to $180 and I had alot of high value cards. The shop clerk was very adamant on trying to collect more cards from me to try and "help" me as I'm struggling financially and then had the nerve to say I was "walking all over them" when I was just trying to negotiate for a few more dollars to again help my situation out. Even said that I was "trying to get a few more dollars out of them" when I was honest on the phone and in person that I was struggling. I would suggest going someplace where they treat folks kinder and are more honest in their sells, this had left a terrible taste in my mouth. Seeing how the clerk was just very disrespectful and continued even as I was leaving out the door, while I just thanked him and continued on. Ill also add the cards I was trying to sell as well, they wanted to offer me $682 and change. Mind you alot of these cards were near mint and would be good qualifiers for graded 10's or 9's

Great new location, super clean, staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, and we love the events they’re doing!

Visited here while on vacation. Staff was very friendly. Great selection of Pokémon cards both individuals on display as well as sealed. Highly recommended.

Aidin was such amazing help. They have a variety of different cards and packs and really good prices. They are not trying to rip you off so it’s very nice for someone like me just starting to collect. Love it here.
