I have to be realistic when I say that this store is one of the best, if not the best, places in Nanuet to buy action figures and collectibles. I’ve read that some people complain about the store staff, but personally I’ve never had any problems with any of the employees. My only complaint about this store is the pricing. Many figures and collectibles are marked up by $10 or even more. For example, I bought a Marvel Legends Cable figure for $47, while it was available on BigBadToyStore for $27. In another case, I saw a Maximum Thor figure priced at nearly $80 when its usual retail price is around $50. I also think the store needs to restock more often. Every time I come back, I find almost the same inventory as before, so there isn’t much variety. Overall, it’s a good store, and I would rate it a 6.8/10. The two main reasons I can’t consider it one of the absolute best stores are the significant price markups and the lack of fresh inventory. Otherwise, it’s a solid place for collectors.

I had a wonderful experience at this toy store! The selection of toys was amazing, with plenty of options for kids of all ages. The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the variety of fun and creative products available. It’s a great place to find gifts and make children happy. I will definitely visit again!

I am not one to write bad reviews (clearly as this is my first), but this has been bothering me and I need to warn the community. I was in last week and witnessed an employee (who I believe was named Matt from what I overheard) completely brushing off kids to focus on a couple adults who were buying cards. Once done helping the couple he continued to brush off the kids to help other adults. The kids were not being rude or obnoxious, but rather had a question. The kids waited patiently for maybe 20 or so minutes before deciding to leave. He seemed agitated and almost tried to play it off as “oh those darn kids” to the other customers in the store. Now I was in there just looking and I decided to leave after browsing and saw the kids leave because I didn’t want to do business here. My problem is that this is an overall theme with the industry nowadays and it used to not be that way with smaller shops. Profit over everything! The experience doesn’t matter! They were kids who were obviously not going to have the same ability to pay as the adults coming in. He made it very clear that this meant they were of lower importance. At that point you mind as well just go to target or Walmart for the same experience. It’s really a shame, and I feel for those kids. It’s the same rational as the scalpers who take the fun away from kids, it’s strictly about money and eventually they will realize that a bad an experience loses you money. I also want to add the store its self seems somewhat dingy and not clean. Dust every where, the floors weren’t clean, it’s the little things but noticeable to a customer that show where a businesses priorities are. Update to Owner Response: It wasn’t about you helping the couple, it was the reaction to the kids. No kids should be shrugged off and then met with a kids these days type of reaction to the customer. And none of the other staff approached the children after they went up to you either. It was very clear where the priorities lie. It was very disappointing

This store has great service and nice varieties of merchandise. One thing i love about toywiz is they are very patient with kids; My son went there and got a pokemon card for free. They also are very good at pricing. Definitely my go to pokemon place.

If you're looking for vintage classic new table games anything to do with the world of sci-fi superheroes manga and so much more this is your spot. The staff is hand down the best most knowledgeable crew of humans I've ever come across in the genre. I'm an older guy I'm still collecting my action figures I love the vibe of this place the prices are very very reasonable and they buy stuff too. Great spot great place go here every time spend money I demand you do keep this place plump and busy it's a established positive aspect for the community and great business boom I did that here lol.
