TJ Cafe and Games

Wow, what a venue! TJ's is a game store and café with an extensive play space and tons of inventory. The space is wisely used, with product on the exterior walls with a huge CCG area in the middle. There's also side rooms for wargaming and curtailed off roleplaying games. The owner is also super nice! I highly recommend.

Great place to spend the day on any hobby! Either D&D, MTG, Warhammer, board games, or even disc golf, TJ Cafe has equipment and collectibles. Nick helped teach me about an amazing new hobby (disc golf) which has been an incredible experience. The food is good and the people are amazing. Always a friendly place with open tables to play.

Nice spot to hang out and play games. Before finding this spot, we usually drove all the way out to The Castle in Beverly from Fitchburg. There's not a ton of places that offer the same cafe + board game type destination, so it was neat to find another one. We'll definitely need to visit this spot more often. Solid selection of board games to play (also in really clean condition). Food prices in their cafe are also quite reasonable.

Biggest board game selection I’ve seen in New England, tons of squishables and kids games (great place to pop in and get a gift), coffee was really good, comfort food menu I had a very good grilled cheese and toys. I went to TJ’s Board Game Day (first Saturday of the month) and it was fun! I plan to fo again. Everyone was so friendly, there was a wide range of games being played, and I made some new friends. The owner Tom really cares about the community and takes pride in the store and its selection.
