Very nice environment. Had alot of good cards as well as board games, deck boxs, sleeves, etc. Well organized too, and had a way to look up cards, which is very nice. 10/10 I highly recommend ✨️ 👌

Rude customer service, horrible products, prices and no guidance to what I am looking at. Hope this place closes. Take your business to someone who actually cares about his customers…Pokèman Dans!

Vibes/culture: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleanliness: ⭐ Product selection: ⭐⭐ Prices: ⭐⭐⭐ Parking: ⭐⭐⭐ I'm conflicted. Clearly this store has a great community and following. Decent selection of product and fair prices, though be warned- it was Magic centric. Everyone was very friendly. However, I have to emphasize that cleanliness was non-existent, which is a deal breaker for some, and why I rate 2 stars. Most of the table mats/playmats have a notable brown/yellow stain along the entire length from year(s) of peoples body sweat and dead skin and grime rubbing off. The bathroom walls haven't been cleaned in so long that they are rusting through from piss spittle. Someone (presumably owner) has a corner of the gaming tables blocked off by his gaming computer setup and stacks of boxes half open product and food and just junk.. a lot of food crumbs and junk and dirt surrounding his spot on the floor that hasn't been cleaned in a while. Overlooking cleanliness I can dig the vibes and enjoyed it. But it really wouldn't take more than 10 minutes a day to clean these things before close. And you can tell they renovated or built some of this not so long ago, I imagine it's a nice looking space when cleaned up.

Been going here since I was a kid. I only play MTG, but they have plenty of other games. Mike and Zack and Becka do a great job! Happy to see the place staying open after so many years. Ignore the 1 star reviews. As they say "Haters gonna hate, and potatoes gonna po-tate." Leave, your worries at home, bring a positive vibe, be polite, have fun playing the game, and you'll have no issues! Remember folks, it's great to win, but we come here to play. If you're losing, keep a positive mindset and focus on having fun.

I've played a few events here now. The play area is large and able to accommodate many players, as well as multiple events at once. The staff in my experience is not very accommodating of newcomers, and often standoffish when questions are asked. They do appear friendly with their regulars, or those they know better. Which is to be expected with any shop. However, newcomers should also feel welcomed. The prices here are fair and depending on the game of interest, their selection varies. They do have a convenient card lookup station that allows you to search their TCG Player inventory. My event experience is limited to Pokémon, so my comments in this are reflective of PTCG events. From an event organization standpoint, there is room for improvement. The pairings are read aloud by a staff member across the room from the main play tables, often once. There are TVs being used for timers, so I imagine displaying pairings and standings is possible. They do not offer match slips and ask that you tell them verbally winner/loser of a match. They do offer printed deck lists so I imagine printed match slips are possible. Displaying pairings, and providing match slips may not seem like a big deal to an organizer, however, to players, these things build confidence that the records are correct and pairings are as well. Match slips allow for physical proof of a players record in the event a digital record is incorrect. This is common, and often leads to a repairing. The Judge for the events is friendly, knowledgable, and fair.
