I'm from Minneapolis and was in town visiting family, excited to find a store that had vintage Vikings cards. I'm new to the hobby so it was great to see that they had thousands of cards in dozens of boxes from the era I was looking at. Each time I asked to look at a box, which turned out to be a a total of only 4 times, the lady helping me seemed more annoyed and bothered than the previous time. I was looking forward to perusing and buying for an hour but I honestly felt unwelcome so I left. I don't think everyone in the store is like this but it left a bad taste in my mouth, which is too bad because the selection they have is solid and I can't find what I want in Canada.

Super friendly service with so many cards to choose from! Thank you Marshall for your wonderful customer service. Stop by - I'm sure you'll find something for the whole family! Easy to get to and lots of free parking. I highly recommend and I will absolutely be back again.

One of the best sports card experiences of my lifetime. Went in to work on a set, and one of the veteran employees was very professional. He was willing to put the time & effort in to 'comp' or price the cards that I needed for that set. Reasonable pricing. Thank you.

New to the hobby, and I was super excited to learn there was a card shop just down the road from my work. Last night I found a card on their website that was expensive (worth more than my entire collection combined), but I really loved it so I went ahead and checked out online. Went in today to pick it up. Unfortunately I misplaced my credit card that I paid with, and they wanted to see the physical card in order for me to pick it up. I completely understand a small store like this needing to take precautions, so I have absolutely no issues with this. I'm the only one to blame for losing my card. Went home to look for it and I still wasn't able to find it, so I was prepared to use a different card or even cash. However, when I called up the store I was treated like I was a suspect in a fraud case. The guy who answered the phone stammered about not being sure what they could do. So he went to ask the old lady they have packing orders. I overheard her baffled about how I was able to purchase something online without physically having the card (as if auto-fill doesn't exist), and that it's "definitely a fake card". At this point, the gentleman on the phone realized he should probably mute their conversation, so it went silent. I understand the circumstances seeming "sketchy" - a first time customer coming in to buy an expensive Downtown, and not being able to find the card he paid with. However, I wish they at least did me the courtesy of muting the phone before blatantly accusing me of fraud. Eventually he came back and informed me they refunded the payment, and that I could go back on their website and checkout again with a different card. I see that the card is back available online, but I have 0 plans on buying it, or ever stepping foot in this store again. I'll go spend my "fake" $900 at another shop that treats me like a human. I'll also be referring to this shop as "One Star Sportscards" going forward.

The inventory here was pleasantly surprising with plenty of authenticated items. Obviously, some things are more affordable than others but there's a wide range of cards, memorabilia, and vintage sports items available. My friend is a Lions fan (yuck) and he found an authenticated, signed jersey of a player he likes. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful as well. I'll definitely be returning to nab something for myself. 5 stars from me!
