Owner is very cordial and willing to spend time to trade and sell product. The other employee was extremely rude and his math skills are very bad. He did give me a couple cards that I was trying to purchase i guess as consolation for being an absolute party pooper to a person who planned on spending a lot of money today. If you plan on buying or selling you’re probably better off elsewhere unless you happen to get the owner. EDIT: You claimed to value all of my cards which ranged up to like 15$ at 2$ because you’re lazy and then when I questioned your math because you weren’t forthcoming with your trade in practices you got super butthurt and said you wouldn’t take any of my cards lol. I just traded with another man like 3 weeks ago who had a completely different trading formula than you which is why I was taken aback by your lowball after I’d driven to bullhead from Havasu to specifically come to your store. The way you carry yourself matters man and you are not a cool person to deal with. I second what I said before 1. Overpriced 2. Terrible attitude

Waste of time, I brought in a $2,120.73 mtg card collection and i was COMPLETELY LOWBALLED do not come here for anything! I walked in and the cashier that went through my cards that I paid him 20 bucks to do greeted me and I asked "do you have a cataloging of my cards and there condition and price?" He said no and it's just gonna be $350 for the lot. Told him no thank you and to explain. He couldn't say anything but its 350$ for it all and couldn't show me why. This is called the card trap hoping I was gonna give into lowballing. I have my entire set cataloged on TCGplayer and they didn't or COULDNT even do that much to be professional and reputable so 🤷 do. Not. Go. Here. THE CASHIER GOES BY "BIG KOOHUNA" UPDATE THEY RESPONDED: No you guys couldn't give me a itemized breakdown of my cards I paid for you to sort and price and when I came in all the cards were in a huge stack all lumped up, you didn't even go through them, you just hoped I'd take the bait and get lowballed for 350$ you seem to not understand how this process professionally works so YES your ability to grade cards is unprofessional at best and you extremely lowballed me at 15% of my collection. You guys are the worst card shop I've been to and I've been collecting mtg cards for 10 years.

Still new to collecting cards, but Gabby was very helpful at explaining what we could possibly get in each pack and the bundles. Very good customer service and friendly environment! Left with some sick cards too!

I have gone to this shope 3 times in total, the first time was a few years ago and my experience was awful. They were rude and over priced. My most recent experience me and my partner went to get top loaders and the guy running the magic side threw them across the room and called my partner an idiot. The lady running the magic side is nice and helpful but never go to the guy running magic, riftbound, ect. He will rip you off and treat you like dirt.
