The Upkeep Games - Howell

Update to my original review: My original review reflected my experience at the time, when the situation had not yet been resolved and I had not had the opportunity to speak directly with ownership. Since then, Rose reached out to me and we were able to meet in person and discuss the situation thoroughly. I appreciate that ownership took the time to hear my side, explain their perspective, and work toward a resolution. We were able to discuss the situation openly, address the concerns involved, and move forward on positive terms. At this point, I consider the issue completely resolved and water under the bridge. I appreciate the willingness of ownership to communicate with me directly and reach a fair resolution, and I look forward to having a positive relationship with The Upkeep Games going forward.

Every time Ive been here, I’ve always felt welcome and taken care of. The employees are super kind and helpful. They also have a TON of really cool collectibles and events. Personally, I collect Pokemon cards and they have a huge selection of card. Whenever I go to other shops they either don’t have a lot of selection or are overpriced. Upkeep has reasonable prices on their cards and items. I always enjoy my visits there!

Love this place. Pokémon cards and Warhammer abound! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and huge inventory. Being able to submit online orders and then do in-store pickup is great.

Was having a real rough day, stopped in with a family member, and was treated exceptionally well. I didn't get the guys name, which I feel crazy bad about, but he went above and beyond giving me some info about events, pricing, and gave me a bunch of welcome packs for One Piece on the way out. I've been coming here since they first opened, no idea why I never left a review until now. Really glad to call this my hometown shop!

Great store. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. The customer base is very welcoming even to newcomers. Store is large, clean, and organized with tables for card games, D&D, and wargames. It's a veritable one stop shop for all things games and hobby.
