The Undercroft LLC

These guys really go above and beyond for their craft, they possess extensive knowledge in their field and they do everything with love and passion. The communication is top-tier, and the selections are exciting! I wasn't able to fully resolve my personal issue, but these guys managed to retrieve a valuable game out of a broken system for me and made personalized recommendations for my gaming preferences to offset my loss. I don't think I'll go anywhere else for my games or repairs 🩵

This shop has great service all around, they stock product brands they personally believe are worth buying and price it fairly. I’ve had to warranty an item and was met with no questions asked and a full refund. They also host so many different TCGs and do tabletop nights hosted by a great community. I’ve personally never had a bad experience here and I’d recommend you give them a visit if you’re in the market for anything game and retro related or you’re just looking to have fun playing games with a welcoming community. 👍

This store is definitely worth checking out! The staff has always been nice and helpful. I took an old 3DS in that I needed help changing the battery on and they didn’t charge me. I love their collection of dice, so many to choose from! Whenever we are at the mall, we always stop in so I can get a new set of dice and Lorcana cards!

Been working with these guys for buying and selling since they opened, great chaps. Very friendly and casual with me which helps because I get anxiety about interactions with people. They try and buy from you as fair as possible and even bought something nicher for more than resale just because someone had it on Ebay for more than resale. Game On is nice but I like it here more. Pic is from a purchase I made like a month ago from them.

Mike and Jake of The Undercroft are great guys! The Shop has a great variety of games(board/video/tabletop rpg/Tcg) to choose from. They offer an amazing selection of dice to choose from also have dice vending machine with 4 different options, with quality dice and low prices. I, myself am a dice goblin and always leave with some. Usually from the vending machine cause I love the random dice bags and this is a cheaper alternative to those. Yes, they are ttrpg sets with the 7 dice.
