The Toledo Gameroom

Toledo Game Room is a great place to hang out. The workers are nice and if the store doesn't have something they are very helpful in finding where you could go. I really enjoy spending my weekends there. They have a lot of MTG, mini figures, dice, card sleeves, deck boxes, and binders and so much more.

Literally the best game store in Toledo. Massive selection of rpg and miniatures, the largest game room, the largest board game selection, the biggest events, the most hobby supplies, an admirable amount of gamer gifts/accessories, and a full-sized comic shop, too. This is the store to beat. Cons: it could be in a better neighborhood, there could be more parking, and a couple of the staff could be better at customer service Despite these cons, I still give them 5 stars.

Just picked up an order that I was told was "ready". Showed up happy to pick up my cards, only to find an incredibly rude individual working the front counter. He made it seem like I was a bother trying to pick up the order I had paid for. You'd think people would appreciate customers... This does not feel like that... The whole time he had a pissy tone and was glaring at me while trying to find my order... To top it off... One of the cards I received was not the correct card... Tried calling the store THREE TIMES and apparently they are so incredibly busy (they aren't) that they couldn't answer the phone and let me go to voicemail... I will not be shopping here for MTG again... Rude staff and inconsistent orders...

Great store, great selection of hobby items. Have to buy mtg singles through the website, but they usually have what I'm looking for and are a great local business!

Very rude to customers. Unhelpful and bad-mouths them behind their backs even. The few times I have gone there over the years I have felt unwelcome. I was there yesterday because a friend wanted to go. He bought a special pack of heroclix for himself, and one for his son because it was his son’s birthday present. Once my friend walked away with his large purchase, I literally heard one of the workers say “For his ‘son’s birthday’; yeah, right. I’ve worked at a game store long enough. I know he’s just going to mark up the second one to sell on eBay.” Are you kidding me?! This friend of mine is one of the nicest, most positive people I have met, he is a regular there, and he speaks highly of this place. I can’t believe the way the employees treated him behind his back. I almost said something to the employees, and maybe I should have. You should feel ashamed at the way you bad-mouthed him. If it is up to me, I will not be back. There are way better game stores in Toledo than this.
