Excellent place to game and hang out. Team here is helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Love coming here from riftbound events, I try to be here every Monday to play if possible. Definitely recommend coming here for any TCG events!

I am responding to the review and the owner’s response regarding my experience. The implication that I waited to sit on the floor with sneaky intent is unacceptable. I sat down after trying to hold the binder so my son could see the cards, which wasn’t working. I was trying to avoid him having to stand on his tiptoes. Sitting on the floor was my way of helping my child while still following the policy to keep the binder at the front. I did not spread cards on the floor. We were reviewing cards and setting aside the ones we intended to purchase. My son is autistic, and lining things up so he can clearly see them is something he does. When I realized too many cards were out, I gathered them into a stack next to me. I went through the binder without issue until I was told we could not sit on the floor and that both the binder and cards had to remain on the counter, which had not been clearly stated earlier. I explained we were sitting there because we weren’t allowed at a table and my son couldn’t see otherwise. Multiple employees saw us, including the one who later raised the issue, who had already walked by, greeted us, and said we were fine. If there was a concern, it should have been addressed then, or simple solutions could have been offered, such as holding the cards at the counter. Overall, the situation was confusing, from the delayed response to us sitting on the floor to the suggestion to take cards out to show my son, which directly contradicted the policy that had just been stated. The experience became uncomfortable as your employee’s tone shifted from initially welcoming to more aggravated, then changed again once it was clear I was putting the cards away and no longer planning to make a purchase. There was no apology, only an offer for my son to pick out a sticker. Based on this experience, it is clear that your shop is not very accommodating or kid friendly when it comes to looking through singles or bulk, as your policy requires customers to stand at the counter rather than providing a space to sit and comfortably view cards. I understand the importance of responding to reviews, but shifting the negative experience onto me is not appropriate. The implications that I was being disrespectful, doing as I pleased, or trying to be sneaky are inaccurate, insulting, and not taken lightly, especially when your response presents your employee as having acted perfectly, despite footage showing my interactions with two employees. Please provide a contact number or email so I can reach out directly. The inconsistencies need to be addressed, as your response describes something completely different from my experience. With the clear footage and audio you reviewed, despite the shop being loud and a gaming event happening, this should be able to be resolved. I can make any necessary apology if I am mistaken, as I am recalling events from memory while you have footage that can be both seen and heard.

Parents and customers looking for for single... just keep driving. I used to come here for sealed products, but after how my cousin and her young son were treated, I won’t be returning. They went to buy for their Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering decks and collections but they didn’t even get the chance to go through the Magic cards. She was given a binder and asked if they could sit at one of the empty tables so her son (he’s six) could actually see the cards. She was told no and that binders had to stay at the front counter. Since he couldn’t see over the counter, she sat on the floor right in front so he could view the cards. After spending time picking out multiple cards, another employee told her she could no longer continue looking while sitting on the floor. She explained the situation, but instead of being understanding, he doubled down and told her to take cards out one by one and put them back, which isn’t practical. Her son ended up upset, and what should have been a fun experience turned into a frustrating one. She decided to put everything back and leave. She wasn’t rude or confrontational at all she simply removed herself and her son from the situation. What stood out most was that once the employee realized they were no longer making a purchase, his attitude noticeably changed and he suddenly tried to be friendly. At that point, it felt insincere and too late. Overall, the experience felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming. There are other local shops that are much more accommodating and family-friendly and really just have tables and chairs for customers to sit at while looking through singles.

Best card shop around. Always something being played. Team is helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and casual environment for mtg, Pokémon, rift bound, gundam, one peice, and digimon.

I love yugioh and this is one of the few stores that carry a good selection of cards still. The owner is super friendly both times I came in he was very nice and respectful. He even gave me a free pack too! Definitely worth stopping by. They have a ton of MTG, Yugioh, and other TCGs.
