Very disappointed, I went to purchase a Secret Lair bundle from behind the counter, but as it rung up I was told that it was actually twice the price as it had been listed at (from $80 to $160). There was no offer of discounts or anything of that nature - later, when I checked the pricing online it had been updated again to be an even higher price. I understand as a business that you are trying to make money, but when you are upcharging a product by twice, and then 3x it's original pricing, making mistakes on your packaging, and then doing nothing to make it right at the time of checkout, it's a very disappointing experience. Will not be returning.

The store was good for awhile but now it's just too politically driven. Keep politics, even ones I agree with out of our escapism. Also scalp customers on mtg prices. Collector boosters going for 100 while every heroes and horrors in Windsor still has them for 44.99 is insane to pray on your customers. It's not like you didn't get a profit on what you paid for the box on day one, to keep upping the price day after day is just greed beyond reason.

Great store! Amazing, knowledgeable staff, lots of unique options. Trading cards, fun fidget things, events, and more! Check it out! You will not be disappointed. There is something for EVERYONE here!

The name says it all. Do you like nerdy things? Do you enjoy painting your fingertips with multiple colors from an airbrush? Is there a board game you've been itching to try? Can't find that one commander to complete your deck or that one pokemon to finally catch them all? Well they probably have it here. I live in Loveland and try to find excuses to drive 35 minutes to swing by here.

A five star, to one star, back to five star review: I've been a customer for many years now. Love the atmosphere in the shop. The staff has always been very friendly and downright easy to talk to. I'm being treated like a fellow hobbyist, and not a walking wallet, every time I set foot in the store. I've watched the store change over the years. I like what I've seen, and deeply appreciate the effort of the staff in providing a welcoming environment. The staff has gone out of their way for me personally without fuss. I had left a couple miniatures that I'd poured my heart and soul into in their display case. That case, and any miniatures within, had been removed after others had been disrespectful to it and the hard work that the staff and customers had contributed for each other to enjoy and be inspired by. The staff kept my minis safe and saw them returned to me. Having someone else take an active interest in protecting something I worked hard on, and ensuring it made it back to my hands was a meaningful experience for me as a mini painter, let alone a customer. Other reviewers have made comments in the past suggesting that this is a den for aggressive, elitist players and that you should avoid spending any time upstairs in the game area. None of this has been true in my experience. Every visit to the store, I've seen nothing but friendly people sharing their passion for all the awesome things that come with being a 'nerd.' If you're in to miniatures, comics, collectibles and toys, games of all shapes and sizes then this is a store for you. Thank you for everything, Nerd Store.
