The Mana Vault

I’ve been to all of the card stores in the area and none of them can even come close to how great this store is. It’s the only store that is welcoming to EVERYONE, not just regulars. Everyone who works here has been kind, attentive and welcoming. When I’ve needed help the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and actually want to help you. Aside from awesome customer service, the selection is fantastic. They always have a big variety of single cards at all price points.

A very cool store with lots of product. They were super nice to my kids, offered a discount to my son buying loose Perfect order packs with his allowance, and gave us play packs on the house when they learned we are learning the TCG game together. I will definitely come back for the vintage pokemon card bins, I found a bunch of stuff in there I've been after for under tcg player prices. They have a ton of sealed product too, some of the lesser-desired stuff was near or at msrp which we enjoyed buying and ripping. It was fun to see my kid actually get to look at product in a store even though most of the good stuff was still scalper prices. However, I am DEFINITELY not going to selling my cards here again. I was low-balled, I kind of regret even selling the one I did. I was also offered an insulting $10 on my Japanese holo Southern Island Slowking which to me is MP at worst just due to whitening on the back edges but the front is perfect. completed listings of this card in this condition are $80-100 on ebay. Maybe they just didn't want my card. Just beware trading in pokemon cards and know your values.

The Mana Vault MKE is a standout local game store. My experience there has been consistently positive, largely because of the people behind the counter. The staff is kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. During my visits, they took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed without any pressure. It is often difficult to find a shop that balances knowledgeable employees with a welcoming, low-stress environment, but they manage it perfectly. Whether you are a longtime player or just starting out like me (for MTG), it is a comfortable and well-run place to shop. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the Milwaukee area. I commute almost a half hour just to shop here, and they have a good calendar of events going on as well. Bonus points for being attached to a brewery!

This place was way cooler than I expected! I've never been here before but the second I walked in a was greeted with a huge smile and hello! I started talking to the gentleman behind the counter and he gave me the whole run down about all the products they have, and everything behind the counter. If your looking for a certain card they have a kiosk that you can use that will pull up every card your searching that they have and it included the price for them as well which makes it very convenient if your looking to complete a set! They also have slabs for sale and sealed product of things I've only seen online! Definitely will be back and will be bringing friends with me next time!

More than just a FLGS, The Mana Vault is a community guided by dedicated, consummate, and thoughtful staff. Hosting a variety of well-attended and well-supported events, there's always something to be excited for. The store has a broad selection of sealed product and singles with gracious and knowledgable staff to assist you in finding whatever your heart desires. They share a building with Faklandia Brewpub, which provides food and drink for gamers, a symbiotic take on the gaming cafe. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.
