Fantastic place to game with excellent atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and knowledgable of Magic the Gathering, and give excellent deck building advice Shout out to Destenee and Ashley for helping manage the commander event last night even though it ran late.

Had to make the venture from Killeen to The Mana Pool to part ways with a chunk of my MTG collection due to live finding a way to get in the way. The manager and Destiny (I hope I remembered that correctly, I am horrible at remembering names.) Took major time out of their day to go through 4-5 for my MTG binders to help me sell them to the shop. This was my go to shop before I had to stop collecting cards and will be when I get back into a better life position again. Thank you again for helping me out!

Mana Pool is the place to be. Walking in you can just see how much the place cares about community. The owner is very active in surrounding himself with customers but treating everyone like friends. The girls that work there are always on top of things and give top tier customer service. You can just walk in and surround yourself with positive energy. Whether you know anything about magic or don’t, the place will welcome you in and that’s what I love about it! I’ll definitely be back again.

So I was forced into playing magic by a friend😅 and I went to numerous shops in KTX to learn how to play and get a general feel for the game. Not saying those shops weren't welcoming, but none were like Mana Pool. Mrs.D at the front counter politely forced me to sit at a table and learn how to play with some amazing people who were wonderful to me. If she wouldn't of done that then I wouldn't be so invested in MTG as I am now. This store is amazing, they have numerous events throughout the month, and the local crowd is so polite and welcoming. This is my main MTG store from now on.
