Bought a booster box of OP17 a week ago. Went back in and they raised the price by $35!!! They do sell unsealed for $240. Basically all the packs after a hit was found. Garbage. What's up with that? basically, once they find a hit in a box all the other ones they just throw into an un sealed box I’m guessing that’s pretty gross. Won't be going back again. Also asked ab employee about grading on another occasion he didn't have a clue.

Tons of cool stuff in there and a huge variety. But you can’t actually go through any Pokémon. You have to use a single desk top they have or brows on your phone. Also they buy cards at only %50 market value and they base the value off the lowest sold price, meaning if you have a NM card they would still not give you near mint pricing. No shade to the store. The owner is cool. I just would NEVER sell my cards at such a loss. Especially when there are so many stores that offer at least %80 and they price your card based off the condition, not just the lowest sold value.

Drove 40 minutes for an event they had posted, just for them to not know about it, and claim no stock. Mistakes happen. Drove back out three days later when they got stock in, and they were practically double charging for it. They charged per pack for whole booster boxes, and the whole thing feels slimy. When I talked to the owner about it he just smirked and said "Didn't you see the price listed? That's market value." It feels like a scalper opened a shop, instead of a passionate person who cares about the community. I didn't like their high prices in the past, but its never been this bad. I'd reccommend going anywhere else, or even not getting what you want, before given them your money. I'm sad that I can't partake in my card release that I've been waiting for for months, but I refuse to be taken advantage of like that. Fairly certain they are keeping the promotional release packs for themselves and reselling, since they never held another event. EDIT for the invalidating shop response: If you would like to talk about communication, you could answer for not reaching out to anyone about the release delay in the first place. I didnt say anything about having to come back a third time or my return. I'm aware of how markets work, and am also aware that you have always been the most expensive small shop around. I've been there for events, and very little care or priority has been to us. There's a difference between having to upcharge due to costs, and squeezing out everything you can of the resale market. The same way that I tried to talk to you in person, you're holding zero integrity or accountability. I know that you're running a business, but that doesn't mean people dont hope for warmth or kindness. Instead of holding any space for frustrating events (out of your control or not) you refuse to make eye contact and just invalidate like you couldn't possibly be better. If not as a shop, be better as a person.

This card store is key!! LOTS of great Pokémon finds for collectors! All kinds of singles, lots of packs, even a variety of cool Japanese packs, sweet rare sleeves, and nice employees. Check them out!

Great shop with crazy amounts of sealed product for just about every game you can imagine and a few you haven't. Selection of sleeves, binders and other accessories is almost as deep as the actual product. Stopped in because they are open later than everyone else on a Sunday. Very pleasantly surprised. JJ was a big help looking around and knowledgeable about the inventory and events. Great attitude and chopped it up a big. Really enjoyed the shop and will definitely be back.
