The Game Store

Great staff, helped my grandson find Pokémon cards and gave him a free starter game set.

What an odd & unwelcoming experience. Glad to see the other reviews where their experience was the opposite but that is not what my son & I got. It was our first time in & will also be our last. We were excited to check out a new place for our collection purposes however, the interaction was so uncomfortable - it was clear, we were very much not welcome...for some reason. Could not begin to tell you why. Idk...Will not recommend to anyone I know.

This place is full of super nice, friendly and helpful people. I went to my first pre-release for tcgs and Im new to the one piece tcg. It didnt bother people they helped out when i had questions. Will definitely try and go more and become a regular.

I came in a couple days ago with a mobile order I placed through their website. I guess there was a glitch in the system on the website, because when I got there, out of the 6 items I ordered, only 2 were in stock. Alex offered me a complete refund, and was going to let me have the two items he had in stock for free. I asked if I could just get different versions of the items I ordered (playmat, deck box, and two mtg commander decks) instead of a refund, and he said sure. When I brought the items up to the counter, after he bagged it, he threw in a collector booster pack completely free. 10/10 customer service, and I will definitely be back!

Had a great visit with Alex, one of the two brothers who run the store. Super clean, spacious, well-lit game shop with lots of product and tables to play at. Picked up some great magic the gathering and Pokémon for myself and my son, very fair prices. Couldn't ask for friendlier folks, highly recommended.
