Excellent staff and friendly customers. The negative reviews are from Pokémon scalpers who dont understand that a business cant pay you exactly what a card is worth because they need to resell. Also they are taking a big risk, the card price could plummet in a day. Furthermore most people dont understand that card condition is a thing and heavily weighs on the price.

Went in to the store with no knowledge of Pokemon. I wanted to sell a bunch of PSA graded cards I had just aquired. Worker didnt even pick one up. He ended up looking at some raw cards I had and picked 3 of them he was interested in. The first 2 cards were of minimal value. The last one (Charizard EX in great condition) was worth a decent amount of money. I was offered 160 for the 3 cards, which I thought was fair and I believed the worker to be telling the truth. I get home and check the exact card I had just sold to him and it was triple the amount and got boned. CHECK THE VALUE OF YOUR CARDS BEFORE BRINGING THEM IN TO SELL. Very disappointed to be taken advantage of.

This shop sells pokemon cards at scalper prices ($9 a pack) And one time when I went I told another customer that based on the market price of the card she was trying to sell it was pretty fair price she got from the employee, and the employee must not have heard me right since he said in a pretty agressive/rude voice to not undercut him or something like that. Either way not a pleasent experience especially since I wasnt even an adult then. Probably best to avoid this store due to scalper prices and rudeness.

PSA, BE CAREFUL! Seems like an honest guy and seems to know his retail business well however lacks an understanding for private sale value of pokemon. Brought in my neat collection of over 1,000 cards vintage 1999-2010 and he looked through them for 5 minutes pulled out 7 cards and gave me a fair offer but then told me the rest he didnt want and werent worth more than $50 for all because of condition etc.. I listed that entire set the very next day on marketplace and sold them for $700 and probably could have got more considering within 5 minutes of posting the listing I got 15 messages.

I have been 3 times now and the price has always been more than fair. Found the employee who assisted me all three times to be competent, quick, and courteous. Very appreciative to have another card shop in the area and wish them the best
