We have customers that have been coming since we opened in 1993, and we are continually growing and evolving to welcome more collectors. We love hosting events and bringing collectors together, and we host a customer-appreciation event we call "Pack Wars" two times a year. We moved to a larger location this past October, affording us opportunities to expand our gaming sections, host competitions, and make our environment feel both comfortable and organized. We care about hospitality: treating all customers warmly and fairly, whether they are 8 years old with five dollars to spend on Pokemon or 75 years old with a collection of graded Mickey Mantles. We care about integrity: we seek to always be honest and fair in everything we do, especially pricing and trading. Finally, we care about excellence: we are continually striving to better our business and offer more variety to our customers.

Rick has always treated us well and is very trustworthy. Great selection and he’s extremely knowledgable. We’ve been to a lot of card shops in the Midwest/Eastern part of the US. Some may have better pricing on a few items but nothing compares to the feel and hospitality you get at The Dugout! Our schedule has been complicated but if you get a chance to be apart of his “Pack Wars” event that’s held twice a year, you need to go.

Great card shop selection and love the new spot. So much more inventory, only issue is still the overpricing. Not sure if comps aren’t being reevaluated often or what but many singles as shown from a visit this past week are overpriced by almost double what comps are. They seem to have plenty of foot traffic and sales from the 30-45 minutes I spent, so I’m not sure why the pricing isn’t competitive with the market. Not everything was severely overpriced but do your research before buying!

Very clean store and well stocked. I bought a Donruss mega and asked the guy to pull a good one. He delivered. Finally pulled my first downtown. NAILED IT MAN! Signed- the dude with the Caleb and JJ card

LET’S RIP! Opened a great amount of cards and a few cool ones to remember! Spending all your money for a great time pulling cards, can’t beat it. Great staff and easy to work with! Pretty decent selection of cards and memorabilia but had a VAST selection of boxes to open. Would recommend to stop by if your around and love the hobby!
