Great customer service. Smells delicious as soon as you walk in. Clean and well maintained. Lots of different options for beverages and food as well. We got the Caramel Drizzle Milk Tea🧋And Chicken Banh Mi Sandwiches. The tea was awesome, the flavor was on point down to the last drop. The Banh Mi was delicious too... However it could stand to be a bit more inside of the sandwich. But overall the taste was really good. Nice atmosphere and would recommend visiting. We will be back. Thank You 💝

The boba and teas were really good, if you want a place to get a refreshing drink this is a good spot. The food was okay, a little overpriced for the portion.

First time here and the customer service was horrible. They have terrible rude attitudes. They act like they hate their job or annoyed they have customers. Drinks were okay and overpriced. Got a very weird vibe in here. Makes sense when the people working there have no personality. Don't smile or friendly. Husband asked about the sweetness level the girl couldn't even answer simple questions about it. Wont be going back and wont be recommending. Not sure how this place even has 4 stars. Some of the reviews I read about it dont even make sense. Must be fake reviews. No one disrespected your staff. Your staff is disrespectful maybe yall should take a class on customer service. Maybe you should be there and see how your staff interacts with people. I guess the owner decided to respond. I see they dont take criticism very well. As you can tell by the reviews im not the only one to say that. Guess the problem is from the owner to the people who work there. Please learn to take criticism sorry you didnt like my review just being honest.

I ordered a Black Forest cake for my mom’s birthday and it was one of the best cakes we’ve ever had! It was moist and light and the cherry filling was amazing and flavorful! It was also very beautiful! We have had a hard time finding a bakery to make this cake because a lot don’t so I’m so glad I came across this place! The staff is so friendly and they got everything I needed! Thank yall so much I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cake or pastry! I will be coming back regularly to try everything they have to offer!

3 mins from the hotel we were staying at. Came right when they opened and got the milk tea with tapioca. The tapioca was soft and sweet. The milk tea was on point! Then came back in the evening after being out in the hot day and got the refreshing fruit tea along with a few food options. Will definitely be back!
