The Comic Shop

Good place. great selection. Back when i was struggling, it was a place i could go to, browse, and converse about mtg or comics. Muncie's a wonderful business owner here and he and his store has helped me out more than they know. Its good to see its still around. Maybe i'll be able to maintain a box this time when i move back home

Was going around my area looking at different comic book shops. Stopped by here on a whim, and I really liked it. Not a huge place, but the prices were great. I got 4 trade paperbacks for 5 dollars each, and they are in really good condition. The guy running the place is great, really friendly, and he helped me find some good stuff. One drawback I would say is there arent a whole lot of indie comics, its mostly DC and Marvel. Otherwise though, great place, would absolutely come again.

I absolutely LOVE this shop! Muncie is very a knowledgeable and engaging owner, always willing to discuss all things comics, both old and current. He offers great suggestions, but never in a pushy way in order to just make a sale. Let him know something you may be looking for and he will do his best to accommodate you. I always enjoy my visits to The Comic Shop. You will too!

Stopped in after reading online that they might have trading cards (they don’t anymore), but I’m really glad I checked it out! It was my first time in a comic book store, and the owner was super friendly and easy to talk to. He took the time to recommend a great comic for someone just getting into it, and I ended up picking up an awesome poster while I was there too. I am definitely planning to come back and explore more—great local spot with a really welcoming atmosphere.

Aaron Muncy, proprietor, is kind, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with newbies. He has a wealth of knowledge, a variety of product, and very reasonable prices. I can’t say enough good things. We bought Wolverine and sandman. One happy little boy!
