My wallet may never forgive this place, but the rest of me absolutely does. Highly recommend! All-around great Staff, great place to hang out.

This place is a second home for me some days. The staff here are kind, hilarious and knowledgeable. Warm to kids and newcomers. Couldn't rate this place higher or I would.

As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series, I pay attention to places that spark imagination, and The Comic Book Shop in Spokane Valley has a deep, well-rounded selection. While working on my Maui Desire Romance Series, I also notice how creative spaces bring people together, and this shop has that kind of energy. The inventory is extensive. You will find Star Wars, DC, Marvel, and a wide range of titles beyond the mainstream. There are also Pokémon and Magic cards, with higher-value items displayed behind glass. The figurines and character displays add to the experience and make it fun to browse. In the back, there is a table area set up for events, which likely supports game nights, comic discussions, and community gatherings. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions. They clearly know the material and are easy to work with. Parking is not an issue. The lot is large, so even during bigger events there is plenty of space. It is a well-stocked, engaging shop with a strong selection and a welcoming environment.

So fun! Was able to buy convention tickets, new D&D campaign book, cute t-shirt, some snacks, and a new door mat. The place was clean and had a good atmosphere. Loved the music playing and items there.

Great store, OK staff. If you’re a Gundam nerd like I am, this store is THE destination. They have by far the greatest selection of Gunpla and related products that I have seen around here. If you’re looking to find something to build, this would be the place. Unfortunately though if you’re looking at the clearance shelf you better make sure there’s only ONE sticker visible or they’ll try to gouge the price. They had a kit I’d been keeping an eye out for a while for $16.49 where it’d typically be $32 and I was ecstatic. When I brought two boxes up to the counter the clerk told me they were $164.99 each. I was caught off guard and very confused, but when I checked the tag on one of the boxes it was because they were reading the sticker behind the 16.49, making it appear as 16.499. When I tried to explain this they just insisted that it was 164. Not wanting to argue I figured I’d just come back some other day to pick them up. But when I came back they had sold out. A bit disappointed I shrugged it off and picked out a random kit to take home. When I checked out the clerk seemed completely disinterested in checking me out, and I spent about five minutes just standing around waiting for them to finish their conversation with their coworker before they took less than a few seconds to sell the kit. While I’d love this shop for the amazing variety of items I just can’t see myself coming back for such poor customer service. I’ll stick to other stores.
