The Cardstore

Stopped by the store and waited til open hours. No one came to unlock the door. Waited 15 min and still no one showed up. Tried to call the store and no one answered. Will not return

for one, the selection was super extensive! the intuitive organization system made flipping through issues easy a fun. not only this, the owner (and his lovely dog roscoe) was super friendly, helpful, and obviously passionate about what he does. i’ll definitely be coming back with friends. thank you so much!!

Great place with a great owner and fair pricing. The only reason it's not five stars is because it's a little cluttered and overpacked which will soon be alleviated; he is in the process of opening a new store with a bigger floor space. but really a great guy. a very knowledgeable about the comic book industry and a pleasure to talk to

My son stopped in today for the first time after finding limited Pokémon by our home in Pembroke. He was all smiles after leaving the store. It’s not often that you’ll find a store that engages with a young shopper, but the owner was welcoming and answered all of his questions. The owners dog was there and very sweet. He can’t wait to go back! Sorry to see some of the reviews on here as that wasn’t our experience at all. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

I've been going here since I was an early teenager, heck, maybe even younger and as of right now I'm 41yrs old, and let me say this... The owner is the most informative, kind, genuine, and will never steer you wrong when it comes to literally just about anything, from general advice, to which cards to get, etc. Also, it doesn't matter your age, he treats you with respect and a funny joke even if the customer is a little kid wanting to buy their first pack of Pokemon cards... In short, do yourself a huge favor and stop in and say hi! I promise you, you won't regret it and you'll walk out of the store a new lifetime customer!! Thank you for all you do!
