Large selection of individual cards, binders, new card parks and a large playing area! Dalton helped us out and we found exactly what we needed for our sister who is a big Pokémon fan. Planning to come again!

I reached out to this shop because my wife and I were interested in partnering with them to provide fresh baked goods for their community. After speaking with Jeremy, we agreed that I could drop off some samples. When I arrived, an employee told me I wasn't allowed to leave them. I explained that Jeremy had already approved it, so I spoke with the manager, who confirmed it was okay. I left the samples and was told Jeremy would follow up with me. Two days later, Jeremy called me. Unfortunately, the conversation was one of the most unprofessional business interactions I've experienced. Rather than discussing the partnership, he immediately became aggressive and made a comment about me "running to mommy and daddy" to get permission. I found that remark unnecessary and disrespectful, especially since I was simply following the direction I was given by himself and manager. He also accused me of misleading him about my plan to have a small self-service display with a QR code that we would restock weekly. However, that was something I had already explained during our original conversation. As someone who had previously enjoyed visiting this shop to buy and trade Magic: The Gathering cards, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. A simple conversation to clarify any misunderstanding would have been much more appropriate than the hostile tone I experienced. Because of this interaction, I won't be returning or pursuing any future business with this store.

If you're looking for a local card game store that hits every single box, The Card Haven is it. Their pricing is hands down the fairest and most competitive around, unlike a lot of shops, they actually consistently have product in stock. The staff is hands down the friendliest around, always welcoming and helpful whether you're a veteran player or just getting into a new game, they will help you and are extremely knowledgeable. The event scene here is phenomenal, they host local tournaments and special events for all sorts of TCGs, and the turnouts are always great. On top of that, the shop has a perfect layout. They have a great lounging area to hangout that my son loves between rounds, good music playing, and snacks and drinks available so you don't have to leave during long tournaments. Highly recommend checking them out!

These guys are letting me down man. Let me start off with the good. Historically, I feel CH has always been good to me and the TCG community. I love that they almost always take whatever cards you may have for trade and work with you. However, recently I've been at card shows (and almost always buy form CH bc you get good deals), and they use the "Listings" price for their comps (no more market price). Now, you can list a card for any price, does not mean it will sell at that price. But whatever, as long as you're consistent it is what it is. But I also noticed that they had cards prices at Market Price bc the MP was higher than the listing. And that to me is greedy. You have to pick one in my opinion. I still want emphasize that their good will is at a net positive for me, but just off that experience alone, I am no longer defaulting to making a b line to Card Haven at card shows anymore. To me, they are now no different than the sea of vendors at a show. 3.5 stars is my real rating. But you can't do that so I'm opting to round down bc I once saw them as a pillar in the community. I'm happy for their success, but I'm out.

I mainly come here to browse their Pokémon singles to work on my master sets, and their selection never disappoints. What really sets them apart is that they'll take your bulk for cash or store credit - I haven't found anywhere else that does that. I love being able to trade in my bulk and put that credit toward the higher-end singles I'm hunting for. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable too. If it wasn't so out of the way, I'd love to check out their MTG and Pokémon events. Highly recommend!
