★★★☆☆ — The loot was there, but the shop felt like a side quest with no map. Card Goblin TCG had a decent selection, but unfortunately most cards weren’t marked with prices. Having to ask about the price of every single card gets annoying very quickly, especially when you just want to browse through the inventory and discover some treasures. Finding the entrance was another quest of its own. We had to take a few detours before we finally figured out where to go, as the entrance is very inconspicuous. Once inside, the atmosphere felt a little strange as well. Extremely quiet, hardly anything going on, and not much of the lively TCG-store vibe I was hoping for. Not a terrible shop by any means, but the shopping experience could use a few upgrades. Clear prices, better signage and a bit more atmosphere would easily add some points to the charisma stat. 3/5 — decent loot, but the dungeon needs better signposting.

First impression of this shop…never again! Walked in and was not greeted at all. The “pregnant” lady is EXTREMELY rude. She has the worst attitude. She ignored me when I was clearly talking to her. Not a welcoming shop at all. Would NEVER go again. P.S shops in such an ugly location.

Absolutely fantastic place. Many tables and very great with answering questions. Amazing energy, and easy access. 10/10 would recommend. one more thing great reward system. Can't wait to visit again. Only thing I have a hesitation on is the price for prebox cards or collector deck box. Pretty pricey but in the future definitely will be worth it.

Cool lil store but the lady that works there is extremely rude and passive aggressive. I get that’s it’s busy but that’s not how you treat customers that you want to come back. Every little thing seemed to tick her off and didn’t seem like she wanted to be helpful. Like if you don’t like being there then don’t? Like I said if you like pokemon game it’s cool but for selection and vibes? Go somewhere else.

My first impression of this card shop was honestly pretty disappointing. When I walked in and approached the register, the worker didn’t greet me at all and was deeply engaged in a conversation (what sounded like with another vendor) about “helping the TCG community.” I stood there patiently waiting to even be acknowledged as a customer but after the conversation ended, I was still standing there, waiting to be helped despite being directly in front of the worker/register and literally had to start the interaction myself. I politely asked, “Excuse me, do you have any Riftbound bulk?” and with barely any eye contact I was told, “No, we don’t do Riftbound bulk,” with a noticeable attitude. There was no drive by the worker to provide any further help. On top of that, they also didn’t answer their phone when I tried calling earlier. I understand shops get busy and conversations happen but basic customer service and acknowledgment go a very long way. Let alone towards “helping the TCG community.” Unfortunately, this was not a welcoming first experience nor would I recommend.
