I’m going to say, shop was great. Owner Paul was awesome to talk to, picked up a few vintage Pokémon singles at fair price! Definitely will return. If you are driving through ellensburg they aren’t far from I-90!

I have been a local customer for several years, frequently purchasing supplies like sleeves, playmats, and storage boxes, as well as cards. I am not a locals player, but a casual collector. Unfortunately, despite my consistent business, the customer service is disappointing. Staff rarely acknowledge me, or gets up from their computer to see if any help is needed. And asking for prices feels like a burden to them. ​There is a clear difference in how customers are treated based on their hobby. If a Magic or Pokémon local or tournament player walks in, the staff is enthusiastic and helpful. However, as a collector, I feel very little respect and acknowledgement is given. ​The pricing is also an issue. Singles (for Pokemon) in the binders are priced at the high end near mint condition regardless of condition, and display cards in their case are often $20–$50 over market value with no room for negotiation. When I’ve asked about matching market price on high-end cards, I’ve been told, 'I’d rather just sit on it and see if someone buys it.' On release days, new Pokémon products are nowhere near MSRP. They are immediately marked up to inflated market prices. If you are a collector looking for fair prices and a welcoming atmosphere, I cannot recommend this store

One of my favorite card shops in Washington! The cards were super organized and easy to browse through to find exactly what I wanted (plus others!). Great selection of Magic the gathering singles in binders as well as sorted bulk boxes!

Decided to take a slight detour on my way back to Seattle from Yakima to check out this LGS. They did not disappoint! The shop is clean and well organized and the staff was kind and helpful. After ringing up my total, they even let me spin a wheel for a discount off of my purchase that day! I’ll most definitely be stopping here on my next drive thru Ellensburg.

Awsome town shop, went in for my brother's birthday and got a few great cards. Friendly, and knowledgeable staff with all your card needs. Can't wait to see their new location!
