Always so respectful and helpful! While I collect many different types of cards, my favorite as of late have been the Kayou My Little Pony cards! So where did I think to stop? Here and only here! While they did not have any My Little Pony binders on hand, as expected as they are newer sets of trending cards, the person whom I assume owns the store was able to look online to see if they could find one available to order. When we couldn’t find one he took down my name and phone number so if he happens to find one he can give us a call! Now that’s dedication to your customers! Since then this has been my favorite shop to pick up my Magic card Boosters, as well as my Leauge of Legends rift bound cards! Amazing shops like this one will make you want to be a return customer! Just take a look for yourself and see what wonders you can find!

I recently purchased an Ascended Hero’s Elite Trainer Box ($139.99) from Taiga Games, and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. When I opened the box, I found that one of the booster packs had clearly been previously opened. The shrink wrap on the ETB was noticeably tighter than usual, and the seal was straight as an arrow, something I didn’t think much of at first, but now strongly suggests the product may have been resealed. Along with this, the packs were much easier to open, as if they had more give to them than normal boosters do. I contacted the shop, and Bob assured me they buy directly from Pokémon themselves. He advised me to reach out to Pokémon support, which I did. After reviewing the situation, they told me that during their packaging process, it would not be possible for a pack to be cleanly slit from the side like the one I received. They indicated this type of damage points to tampering after it leaves their facility, if it did leave from their facility. They mentioned that they were not at liberty to disclose other buyers over the phone. Wanting to be sure, I also reached out to experienced collectors in the Pokémon community. They confirmed the same concerns, noting the unusually tight wrap and the razor or sharp blade like straight slit along the side of the pack as strong signs of tampering. I’ve never encountered a resealed or questionable ETB from a local card shop before, which made this especially disappointing. While I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, I did notice some behavior in-store that raised concerns, particularly around how cards are valued and resold from employees of the business. Such as, emphasizing that they only buy raw cards at 50% market value and that they can assure us that they do not sell cards that they pull from booster packs. This purchase was meant to be something fun for the family and kids to enjoy and collect, which makes the situation even more unfortunate. Based on this experience, I would personally recommend being cautious and thoroughly inspecting sealed products if you choose to shop here. I would not recommend Taiga Games for purchasing Pokémon cards.

Bob was very knowledgeable about a large variety of games, super helpful! This store stocks some interesting vintage magic singles, RPG supplies, and a great selection of tabletop and board games! If I lived in this area, this would be my go-to store, without a doubt!!
